It's freezing all the time. I just to return the item

I got two of these bundles and returned both for the same problem..a faulty hdmi port. It caused the screen to be fuzzy and cut in and out. Extremely disappointed with Sony on this one. I now happily own an Xbox One S..and it's awesome!

I was not told at the store that a new PS4 Pro was coming out soon after my purchase - returned this one and ordered the PS4 Pro (great console).

I just received my ps4 uncharted bundle yesterday! I'm new to playstation..I have not yet tried the uncharted game that came with it but it looks good. I have already bought flower, journey and snow online with my play station plus account..it's pretty user friendly and excellent graphics. You can supposedly get free games being a play station plus member but so far I have had yet to figure that out..awesome system and I'm glad I bought it even though I have a wii u..it's good because ps4 has different types of games to play than the wii u..the only con I have with it is that it's hard to tell with the system off if the remote controllers is charged or not..I wish it would have came with two controllers. I highly recommend this system for adults or teenagers..I don't recommend it for families with younger children because there aren't very many family friendly games for it..if you are looking for a system for children I recommend the Nintendo switch or wii u..

I held off buying the PS4 for years while still playing my PS3 but after it stopped reading discs I thought it was time for an upgrade. I'm glad I waited as I avoided the $400 starting fee and since I got it on sale I only paid $250 for the system with a game. I'm very happy with all the improvements except for the fact that to play online multiplayer on the PS4 you have to have a PS Plus membership which you didn't need for the PS3. Many Playstation players already have PS Plus for the free monthly games so it's not a huge issue but they're still getting people to pay for a benefit that should be free which is disappointing. I also have to comment on how amazingly quite this slim system is, my PS3 was the original "fat" system that always had it's loud fan going and got my room HOT but that's no longer an issue. It plays blu-ray too so I'm glad I never spent money buying a bluray player now that I have my PS4.

Worst experience ever never got it working it was a waste of money and time

This ps4 was my first ps4. I was so happy I got it. Even after 5 years I managed to swap the HDD to 1tb. It worked impressively

Got this with the Uncharted 4. Can honestly say it's the finest console I've ever owned. Paper light in comparison to older consoles and a real beast when it comes to handling graphics and gameplay. Throwing Uncharted 4 in almost makes this a steal. Also a fantastic blu ray/streaming system. Only complaint would be the 500 gig hard drive. It takes only four or five games before you've run out of space. Fortunately you can delete games while maintaining your game saves. Overall the PS4 is highly recommended.

This was my first gaming system since the original PlayStation. This bundle is apparently the slim version of the PS4, which is nice as it fits in smaller spaces. I like the Uncharted games a lot and this was a great game to get me back into gaming. I love the interface, and everything you need is already included. Decent price and I'm very pleased with my purchase.

My launch PS4's power supply went out on me a few months ago. I was eager to purchase the new slim PS4 once Sony announced it. I am well pleased with my new slim PS4. It's matte finish looks way better than the glossy texture of the original and it's super slim and fits perfectly among other electronic devices. It also includes one of the best games ever!

This bundle comes with the PS4 Slim. I did not previously have an original PS4, but it is smaller, lighter, and quieter than my PS3. There is a PS4 Pro available, but if you don't have a 4K TV, then this is sufficient. I am very happy with the way the graphics look in 1080p and am looking forward to several upcoming games.

Pro ; quieter, lighter, and slimmer. con ; nothing so far I've heard there are some noise when people play with old ps4 - especially earlier product but w/ this new ps4, there are almost no noise. if you didn't own ps4 system, this is perfect time to buy one.

Initially, I was interested in purchasing the PS4 Pro. But, after doing some research about my TV's compatibility with the Pro, the end result was finding out that my TV wasn't HDCP 2.2 compatible. So unfortunately, I wouldn't be able to play the Pro on my TV. Then, the gaming gods decided to bless me and the Black Friday ad came out and.... (drumroll)... this bundle was $50 less! And also came with two free games! The Last Of Us Remastered and Ratchet & Clank for FREE?! This wasn't a deal, it was a STEAL! Once I got home, I set everything up and everything looked beautiful on my Sony Bravia TV. I forgot all about the Pro honestly. I'm super satisfied with my purchase. Even at the regular retail price ($299.99) and minus the two free games, this bundle is an amazing deal. You get the console and one of the best games out for the console, period. I'd definitely recommend this for anyone.

It is definitely better that the PS3 as far as graphics. I don't like the design of the unit as it runs warm and coolers are needed to keep it to a moderate temp. Mine has to lay flat due to the stand size so I purchased a laptop cooler and put 4 rubber 1/2x1/2 on the bottom of the PS4 to raise it up and allow air flow across the bottom, I also purchased a cooler that fits on the back left corner and it runs based on temp of the unit. Between the 2 of them, it stays warm but not hot any more

Excellent console for gaming and viewing Blu rays. Controller is very comfortable and battery life is decent. Fan noise when console runs hot can sometimes be audible when listening on low volume but when connected to a sound system or using headset you can't notice it. Have all 3 consoles and a PC but have enjoyed the console exclusives.

Recommend!!!!! My kids loved and the parents too. Whole family can have fun

PS4 is a great console with much better games than its old consoler the ps3
