Don’t buy, might not include FFXVI voucher code!

There was no voucher code included for FFXVI. After over an hour on the phone with Best Buy, their answer was to replace the whole unit, which seems kind of ludicrous.

Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.actually a garbage product. had it for less then a month and the console+controller are messed up. im 4 days out of return policy and that's when everything started acting up. playstation said itll take 7 days for me to get the box to ship out and 30 days to get the console back. waste of money to be honest and just buy a xbox or pc. worst spend of money ever. i really hope i can exchange this console for an xbox but i doubt it and ill be stuck a month without any streaming services or my 600 console.

Did not come with voucher for Final Fantasy XVI

I bought an open box excellent condition which GUARANTEES all parts and accessories are included. Spoke to customer service 5 different times just for them to say “accessories” doesn’t include game vouchers and there was nothing they could do. Worst customer service ever.

NOPE, The digital download code had been used and support would not replace. Just buy the console and fame separately.

A waste of money. Digital ps5 is 150$ cheaper!

Console is sleek and can be displayed vertical or horizontal depending on your space needs. Runs smooth havent had any issues with it so far

Final Fantasy 16 is the best FF game, period
