Sooo GREAT!!!! I mean it’s PlayStation nothing beats Sony !!!!

It’s been a while since I purchase a PlayStation. But after playing one or two games in the past 4 years, and seeing the next PS5, it was time to get back. The picture quality on HDR TV looks amazing. The games are awesome, a lot to catch up on. And for people like me who have been away from gaming, or for those completely unacquainted, the option to play in very easy mode makes it universally accessible for all of us to enjoy. Totally recommend this product. My only complain is lack of support to connect any headphone or AirPod without a Bluetooth reader. Seems like buying PS5 headphones is a must.

the graphic performance is outstanding especially on an HDR 4k television. MASSIVE upgrade from even the PS4 Pro. The backwards compatibility is the best feature for me as my old games now look incredible with higher frame rates and better resolutions. Loading times are no comparison to any older system and wifi speeds are much improved as well. The PS5 is noticeably cooler and quieter than the PS4 pro as well. Only real complaints are the large size (and awkward shape) of the console itself and the short charging cable for the controller. A breeze to set up and use, I look forward to many years of enjoyment!!

I dont know what to say its a ps5 if you like gaming and like play station games then you should have it

I check out the webpage all the time, and randomly i got an option to wait online to get a ps5 in my basket. I waited and it sold out. So i tried the bundle option with a game i didnt want and miraculously it was placed in my basket to purchase. Thats my story. My son had taken my ps5. Got old to me. This system is much better, realistic, and play flows a lot better. Within hours i had many gsmes to play and i feel i never missed a beat. Now im playing all my sports favorites Jordan and madden to come!!!! Thanks Best buy for not poaching these games. Smdh good luck guys my journey took a year.

I love it! The new controllers have such good feedback and the design is nice! Just as fast as they say it is and frame rates are way better than the PS4!

I honestly didn't do any research... Which is rare for me. I have always been a fan of sony exclusives and finally got the console for me and my wife. The controller was much more impressive than I thought it would be. I highly recommend playing the game that cones with it, I know some people struggle with the final boss but Astro's Playroom is amazing. I thought I wouldn't like Astro Bot not in VR but boy was I wrong. It was super cute and entertaining, plus it came preinstalled and I could play it while my other games downloaded!

I finally got one!!! The PS5 is a powerhouse of 4k graphics that will submerse you in realism. The new controller is unique and awesome. Thanks Best Buy.

Customer service was great and very helpful. Offered several options for protection plans and financing. Was in and out of store rediculously fast.

Amazing system, needs more memory but not bad if you have an external drive. The controllers are probably one of the best on the market currently.

From ps4 to ps5. Ps5 loads way faster, dowloads faster and feels and looks alot better.

After over a year of trying to get a PS5, I finally got one. The system is easy to set up, and the actual console is bigger and heavier than you think. The controller’s haptics is amazing and the loading time for my PS4 games are really fast.

I got this bundle through my playstation account. I got on a waitlist and they invited me to purchase it at a specific time. All i can say is the ps5 is a moster supercomputer and forbidden west geta pretty good once you go through a little story.

PS5 needs no comments! Excellent console! But the best is the service from Best Buy employees! They were friendly and super attentive! Thank you very much and until the next purchase.

The Best Sony PlayStation Ever. It is extremely fast and smooth. The graphics on this unit is truly remarkable. I would buy this again.

Graphics are great, and load times are little to none with no indications of frame drop. Looking forward to more games once more own a PS5.
