I love this console so much. Helped me get over alot of my cable wires and organization.

The ps5 works great! No damages, no missing pieces, everything works just like it's supposed to. Best Buy did a great job at helping me receive my ps5 online, safely and on time, fast and persistent. The wait time for in-store pick up wasn't too long and they made sure it was ready for me when I got there. If anyone is looking to buy a ps5 in the near future, Best Buy is your best option!

I have enjoyed this console very much since it was released on. 11/12/20. I purchased this one from Best Buy for my son for Christmas. The PS5 has become the central entertainment device in our household since we got it. Is has not disappointed us quality wise in anyway. The graphics are absolutely beautiful in 4K. Gaming is incredible! The only downside of this new console is that there are no games available to truly make use of the consoles capabilities. There are some PS4 games that have PS5 upgrades that look absolutely amazing on the PS5. Call of Duty COLD WAR is not currently working very well on the PS5. It crashes constantly. Keep this in mind if you are planning on it being your main game to play. Modern Warefare has a 26ish GB upgrade to PS5. It looks amazing on PS5. All in all I do not regret in anyway getting the Sony Playstation 5. I would recommend it very highly!

Amazing fast quiet playing games at 120fps is so smooth rather large but workable

The PS5 truly feels like the next generation of video games. What you have heard about the quality of the new controller is true. The haptic feedback and adaptive triggers are not gimmicks, they really do enhance the games that I've played so far (Dirt 5 and Demon's Souls). The load times are ridiculously fast, and frame rates are silky smooth. Overall, the PS5 delivers what it advertises.

PS5 gets way hotter then the Series X by a lot. PS5 is way louder then the Series X what do I mean, I mean the fan is significantly louder as well as the disc drive when a disc is in and is being read. Also the PS5 comes with very short Cables all around 5 foot compared to 6 and a 1/2 Feet with the Series X. Controller Battery life on PS5 is trash. Controller is amazing wish I could play more then 12 hours without having to recharge it. Oh and you cant recharge the controller unless the PS5 is in rest mode... Series X turn it off completely it will charge fine... or use batteries at least it last 35 hours... PS5 exclusives hmm oh yeah God of War Ragnarok worth 500 dollars? Yeah i guess... PS5 is a great system. Its just so far behind Xbox this Generation its not even funny. ONE word Gamepass.

It's Playstation, what's not to like? The Ps5 is backwards compatible with the Ps4. It's fairly easy to set up and you can move your existing account and games to it. It comes with a game pre-loaded to give you a feel for haptic feedback on the new controller. I'm looking forward to several new games for this console.

I’m an OG (Original Gamer - started on Pong and Atari 2600)...The Playstation 5 is a system I could only dream of when I was a kid in the 1970’s. Plays my PS4 games & loads them faster. I also got Playstation Now has over 800 games for only $60/yr. I’ve not tried out my PSVR with it yet. So for my favorite games for it are Sack Boy, Call of Duty Cold War, War Frame, & No Man’s Sky

So far has been working great. It’s really quiet, except when you put in a disc. It’s pretty loud for a few seconds when you first put it in and it’s trying to read the disc. I’m still learning something new everyday, the menu is wat different than the ps4. It’s really fast and you can be downloading stuff in the background while playing a game or streaming a movie without any lag.

Ps5. Is fast. Great console for 499.99 I love graphics on console

I’m pretty happy with my purchase. I love the new controller design. I’ve had a few small glitchy things happen, but nothing major. Overall it runs smooth. Things I don’t like: Lack of storage... seriously I have COD Cold War, Modern Warfare and Fallout 76 installed and the storage is almost full. Totally not cool. I’ve read there’s issues with using an external so I’ll wait to get one. I think the marketing is slightly deceiving since very few games can do 4k @ 120hz. I also found it a little difficult to figure out how to enable the 120hz for COD. I had intended on buying a new monitor for my PS5, but upon researching it I discovered that Playstation doesn’t support any of the monitors I’m interested in. Not everyone plays on a TV. I prefer to use a monitor and sit at my desk so I’m not getting to take advantage of the 120hz unless I use the TV. Annoying.

I am beyond content with purchase and the pick had to be the smoothest process ever. I went to the Seacaucus, NJ location. I was very pleased with the entire process. Won’t lie it was very difficult to purchase the actual product within the app and website due to high demand but I guess I got lucky and actually got it finally. Nonetheless great service and product.

Best PlayStation yet. Super fast and looks awesome in the living room.
