I love this console, after 2015 didn't play PS4 untill I got this, I love it and I have bought 4 now since I got my new born I play in my bedroom as well as my man cave and have one for guest in the living room and just bought one for my teen.

When I had went to go and pick up the ps5 the box was very big, I was very surprised lol. When I went home and unboxed I was so surprised how amazing they had packaged the ps5 and controller. Then it was like a 15 min setup time and started playing

It's a great experience, from ordering to checking out. Although I didn't get a pick up near my home, I was very lucky to get this one in the first place. The pickup experience was great, the packaging was perfect, and it was held in two paper bags.

I already owned a Series S and wasn’t really looking for a new console but was walking around my local best buy and they had this one and another in stock and i couldn’t pass up the offer!

Love this thing. I've always been a Nintendo fan but wanted to try out something new. The vast library of PS4 games along with the PS Now and PS Plus subscriptions have really given me hours and hours of fun. Would highly recommend this to others!

Best Holiday season ever. I'm still happy I secured my PS5! I love the disc version but I also download. I'm sure I will enjoy this system for the next few years. Switching from a few years gaming on Xbox so...feels I'm with an old friend.

Thanks Best Buy for having a site that actually worked on getting my PS5. Not much to say about it but its great. Disk drive is kind of noisy compared to my Xbox Series X but not bad. Added some black panels and looks even better

The PS5 arrived undamaged and works great! Setup was easy and I am loving the next gen graphics. The coolest part of the playstation 5 is the Dual Sense controller that adapts to what game you are playing. Definitely worth the money for this system

My consoles through the years: NES SNES XBOX (First one) Switch and the PS5 I have not a way to compare with the Xbox Series X or previous PS consoles, but the first use experience was great. I love this console.

Yes. Best console ever. Best Buy gave me a box which has a broken/dent part but I didn’t mind as long as the system is perfectly fine. I ran it home and I plan to return it if it didn’t work but it was great . Just a little broken box.

I love my new Playstation 5 thanks best buy. I did not have to wait in line. Just got lucky one day saw in online at best buy at 5:00am. I order it. Picked up at store. l now have it wrapped up under my christmas tree. Well worth the pice of 499$

Took forever to get the console but after getting it and I love it. The picture quality is a amazing. One thing I have to complain about is storage !

We went through a rough time on launch day but we picked her up and brought her home. At first Best Buy didn’t send a confirmation email out however the order had many orders but it came in good condition and every thing was packed neatly.

For the first time i was able to buy my own console and having this was so worth it! Unfortunately there aren’t that many games to play on this at the moment but im hoping to have a good time in the future with this console.

Unbelievable product I’ve lost hope in consoles because of no 60 FPS...... That was until the PS5 playing my favorite games at 60 FPS with better visuals is great and the software is fast and responsive everything just works.

I’ve had this almost a year now and it’s nothing special honestly. The games released cannot meet the 120 Hz @ 4K claims made by Sony or the developers. I upgraded my TV just for this system before they announced they cannot meet the claims, so I’m not sure this is worth the money since all the games can be transferred to a new Playstation with your PS account and many are available on both PS4 & PS5 now. I at least have a 4K player now, but could’ve had one with the PS4 Pro.

As a primary PC gamer, the PS5 absolutely crushes it for exclusives. The console is beautiful, the controller is probably the best I’ve ever used, and the exclusives! If you can get your hands on one - get it!

Best Buy will deliver the best of the best gen console After so many try’s. I love the Ps5 the power it send and promises was kept. Thank you Best Buy for coming in clutch now my house entertainment system is complete.

A little buggy. Honestly,I would wait till I would recommend it. Definitely not worth $500 rn with lack of games and 100% would NOT by it over $500. Wait a bit. Trust me.

Wow, SONY does it again, this is the best gaming experience that i have ever had! PS5 will be a 10+ year cosole! I stood in line from 3:00 am until 8:50 am to get this PS5, and I would do it again!
