Wow, I can't express how thrilled I am with my PS5! From the moment I opened the box, I was greeted with a sleek and futuristic design that instantly added a touch of sophistication to my gaming setup. The performance is mind-blowing – games load in a flash, and the graphics are so realistic that it feels like I'm inside the game world. The DualSense controller is a game-changer. The haptic feedback and adaptive triggers make every gaming experience incredibly immersive. When I'm playing a racing game, I can feel the vibrations and resistance as I accelerate, or the tension as I pull back the bowstring in a game like Horizon Zero Dawn. Great console, but not a fan of the UI (some things require to many steps). Some features seem to be missing and others don't really work as intended. (Example HDMI-CEC/HDMI link is broken).

Works great with all the specs and all. Only bad thing is there is some bugs that need to be fixed.. The console would lag sometimes and turn off to restart and I wouldn’t know what to do

Best Buy did the best job with online sales of the PS5 so far circumventing scalpers and bots. Helping get the PS five councils in actual customers and gamers hands. Thank you Best Buy

The console is nice, packaged great and with instructions. The system does take a while to download games and once the games are installed it crashes so you’ll have to leave the game.

Really enjoying it so far! Got lucky getting one. Just waiting for more games to come out like any console launch. I’m excited for Scarlet Nexus and Ratchet and Clank soon!

good experience for its price but Sony needs to expand its services, the dualsense is amazing

My overall first impression of the PS5 was wow it is huge. I don’t think PlayStation is offering the optimal gaming experience this generation but I digress. I still had to see what the hype was all about. My favorite part of the PS5 is the controller and that’s why it gets an additional star because Sony really did a great job with that part.

Nice product as usual. Sony’s quality is always the best. Ps5 is so beautiful !!!! Some tips if you play lots of games: buy a cooling station.

The PS5 has worked as intended... The only problem is that the system UI has been crashing semi-frequently, but I hope that will get patched over time...

This machine is a beast. It took forever to actually get, but so far so good. I'm also a fan of the remote play feature that lets me connect via my ps4.

Great just wish it had 1 TB SSD the only only problem I’ve had is the controller it came with has analog drift on the right stick.
