Like many people I had a hard time getting a hold to a PlayStation 5 but when I did I was amazed. Loading times phenomenal, graphics, amazing, and the duel sense controller is perfect. The size was a bit of a shock but it’s growing on me. I also love the new UI. I did have a couple crashes in a game but I’m not sure if it’s console related or game related.

The PS5 is worth the hype for all the right reasons! My last playstation product was the PS3, and I must say I am glad to have purchased the PS5. It is sleek, and modern looking and is visually appealing. The system is FAST! Instantly transition from one thing to the next without lag. Gameplay is phenomenal, especially with the new Dualsense controllers.

So right now I've only played 2 PS5 games on it. Astro and Miles Morales. But It's been a great console and all PS4 games run better so that's great. It's fast and easy to use as well. Controller really does feel next gen. As also a PC enthusiast, for the specs inside, $500 is a great value. Yes it's big. But it's quiet and very striking to look at.

Bought this for my husband and he is in love! I am not a gamer but this thing is gorgeous I must admit. I've watched him play and the graphics are beautiful. He is very excited by the controller and I will say it's pretty amazing. He has had no issues with it so far, was easy to set up and transfer games from the 4. I highly recommend!

I've been playing since launch day and have been having a blast. Thankfully no problems to report. As to be expected the graphics are amazing and load times are a breeze. The new dual sense controller is almost unreal with how it syncs with the gameplay. I'm really impressed with what they were able to do with previous gen games. Happy with my purchase

Substantial upgrade over PS4. Graphics, speed, easy of use...it’s all there. The only drawback I have aside from the availability is the size of this monstrosity. It’s huge. It took up a lot of space in the entertainment center.

Managed to snag one after 4 months of trying. Completely worth the wait! The features are amazing. The controller is nothing short of next gen. My only issue is that it gets dirty quick! I’d recommend a skin. Other than that I have absolutely no issues with it. Get yourself a tv that can handle the graphics to truly get your monies worth.

Overall the system is great. Loading times are improved, and graphics for new games are amazing. The controller is really revolutionary and the console itself looks impressive. It's very sleek and looks great. The fans are really quiet and keep the console considerably cool. The only cons I can think of is the actual size of the console.

This is nextgen gaming at its finest. A huge step up from the ps4. Graphics feels much smoother, significantly improved loading times, excellent performance. Controller battery time falls a bit short. About 6-8hrs off a 2hr charge. Still good overall.

Awesome console now , I got it after days of the released day , now with new firmware updates good you can transfer ps5 to external hard drive still sucks you can't play them from it you gotta move it to internal overall console is fast I haven't had any issue , God of war looks/play great in this console . New games are coming

Completely blown away by the performance of modern consoles, especially the PS5. I turned in my Xbox One S and finally upgraded going over to the Sony side... I haven't been disappointed. It's fast, it loads quickly, and the controller is one of the coolest I've played. Leagues ahead of the Xbox controller.

Like many others, I had the hardest time getting this console. When I finally did, I was very happy with it and the experience using it. While I do think the unit is too large, it's very high quality, and is very responsive, and I'm not noticing heat issues / fan noise / etc. The joystick (in comparison to XBox One or XBox Series X) is WAY superior to Microsoft's, and even the demo game that shows off the stick features is not only fun but really innovative in the ways it makes use of the different features like the touchpad and microphone. Game-wise, I think both Microsoft and Sony have good reasons to be a customer, but I do have gamepass on XBox and this may mean I get better value from Microsoft than Sony. I have yet to play any next-gen specific titles, so can't say how the two competitors stack up. But both consoles load/save games really fast and seem to perform well. I'd say buy this if you like the Sony ecosystem and games unique to their platform, and same advice on the XBox side. But I will say MS seems a couple of generations behind the tech on the controllers!

Great system... graphics are fantastic and it is incredibly smooth. In comparison to the XSX, there is not a drastic performance difference between the two products. XSX is slightly less big and bulky than the PS5. However, PS5 has many fantastic exclusives that make it worth it. Spiderman plays beautifully on the console.

Coming from Nintendo this a huge difference (still love my Switch tho). The graphics and haptic feedback are really good, all games have run smoothly so far. Regular, good sales are also a welcome change. Only downside is the little storage and having to download physical games to the console (using up that little space).

If you live in the streaming world then the PS5 digital is for you. PS5 digital is for anyone that doesn't care about owning the physical disc or trying to save money by buying and trading in used games. It's huge. Overcompensatingly huge. But it's fast and the controller is amazing. Can't wait until Sony makes more so my friends can get it.

From big upgrades like the super-fast NVMe SSD and powerful GPU that enable higher frame rates and ray tracing to subtle touches like the built-in microphone on the controller that can serve as a quick stand-in for a headset, the PS5 feels like it was built for ease of use as well as pure power.
