Finally after months of trying multiple vendors Best Buy came through!! Wonderful system worth the wait.

Was luck enough to score a PS5. The system is great. The user interface is much more intuitive and streamlined than on the PS4. Games load lightning fast, thanks to the onboard Nvme. The dual sense controller is amazing. It’s something that has to be experienced. You can feel when you swing your sword in games. In shooters, you feel resistance when pulling the triggers to mimic real life. If you love PlayStation, you will not be disappointed.

Was very prompt service when receiving this beautiful machine! Came a day early for me and was no hassle receiving it from best buy and installing it to my newly bought monitor to hook up and play games like cod cold war at 120hz !!!! And the download speed is amazing on it and load times are nice and mannn that controller alone for me is a big selling point !!! Big big step up from old gen controller I mean this feels like a aftermarket!!

My experience with the PS5 started just a couple days after launch when I received it in the mail. I saw people online saying they had lots of issues with external storage, game downloads, etcetera. But my experience has been excellent. Aside from Spider Man Miles Morales crashing once I’ve had zero issues. No database rebuilding issues, no problems download or installing games, a very stable and mostly feature rich experience from day one. I own 3 DualSense controllers and none have any trigger problems or stick drift. UHD movie playback is excellent too. My only issues are with features that should have been available at launch that either still aren’t sorted out or just recently got fixed, like storing PS5 games on my external HDD. Love the backwards compatibility and I’m really enjoying the DualSense controller. If PS5 is supported as well as the previous PlayStation systems have been with quality software it will be a great generation. Bring on the great games!

I took some time to get the item in my cart but I couldn’t be happier! I had been trying to get this item for a very long time and didn’t want to pay scalper prices. Pick up was quick and easy. The system itself is awesome. The system is a lot larger than expected but I made it work. Just make sure that your tv is up to date in order to take advantage of the graphics. I bought a new television the same day I picked up the PS5.

Playstation 5 vary hard to find even though I has been out for almost 2 years. Thank you Best Buy for having the game console. It so far has been an outstanding speed and graphics its a perfect combination this PL5 and the new LG OLED 4k TV. I did get the extended Geek protection plan, just because they are hard to find. I it cant be fixed it will be replaced.

The ps5 is insane! I picked it up with ratchet and clank, miles morales deluxe edition, and demon souls. The load times are so quick I, I went from the Home Screen to inside a ratchet and clank game save in less than 15 seconds. The dual sense feels incredible .The ps5 is only gonna get better.

I’ve been a PlayStation fan since the first one came out, so it’s natural that I’d pick this one up. The PS5 is a fantastic gaming system, the load times are fast, graphics have been improved, FPS is almost always 60 FPS (if you run games on performance mode), and it’s very quiet. However, in this day and age, a 825 GB SSD doesn’t cut it if you want to download all your favorite games. So I’d invest in a external storage if I were you.

This thing is a beast. Games play smooth and look awesome. The console itself is huge and ugly but try to hide it in your tv stand the best you can. The controller is really what makes this worth it, Astros playroom is very fun and comes preloaded. I just wish it had more usable storage since games have gotten much larger they should put more than 1tb (850 usable) as the default. If you can get one it’s a fun upgrade from a ps4.

This is such an upgrade from the PS4, I just can’t go back! The speed, the looks, I mean come on. It’s easy to see why demand has the prices up, however scalpers are abusive. The controller is a HUGE win and makes a strong impact in immersing you. If you can avoid paying more for a scalped console, I advise everyone to be patient and persistent.

I purchased this console about a year ago for my son and and he have enjoyed the speed and accuracy that he can achieve with this system. It runs more quieter than the previous version. His only complaint is the small store capacity and that with external drives games must be loaded and unloaded.

Great System love the way the Home Screen is set up very fast and well laid out. The graphics are incredible and with the VRR update this console is hands down the best ! This controller is probably the most impressive upgrade the system has feels like your shooting a real gun when playing first person shooters and racing games are a blast too

The PS5 is awesome, once finally obtained. The graphics are beautiful, and amazing 60 FPS finally on a gaming console. The console on the outside looks futuristic in any entertainment setup, and on the inside, performs like no other console has prior. Have had no issues with the console thus far, and highly recommend it! If trying to buy it right now, don’t give up, and don’t give in to scalpers! It is possible!

Big shout out to Best Buy for recognizing, caring and executing methods to stop bots and scalpers. It was a little slow, but you could tell they put up multiple barriers to shut down the bots. The system itself is incredible. The speed, picture, controller and everything in between are industry leading designs. I owned a PS4 pro for years, and its like comparing a Ferrari to a 92 cavalier. Thanks again Best Buy!

So, I finally picked up my next gen console yesterday, and I have to say, it was not easy. It took me a full month to get it, and I only bought it after carting it in a previous drop. But it did not disappoint. After transferring all my data from PS4, I booted up and set up my ps5, and went straight to playing. The controller is amazing, the graphics are amazing, I have nothing to complain about. Great buy!
