I have enjoyed playing my old ps4 games on this as well as new games like demon souls. Even while playing the ps4 games the load times are super fast. The game play of older games also feels smoother. However , the storage is small and buying an external hard dive for ps4 games is something you’ll have to do. I even had to buy one for my disc drive ps5 because of how big games are.

Excellent 4K 60fps on most games. Runs smoothly with zero issues so far.

Got this system on launch day and it is definitely what I expected! Faster load times, smooth motion, great graphics and cool new features. On the flip side... I have experienced some glitches in the Spider-Man Miles Morales launch game. I figure it comes along with getting a new system from the first batch.

The playstation 5 is really ahead of its time in many ways. From its cutting edge graphics, to its truly innovative controller (Yes it really is as cool as they say it is), the console continues to give me experiences with gaming I could only dream of! That being said, as an early adopter, there is just not enough content that takes advantage of the machine yet. On top of that to be able to truly appreciate the kind of content this machine can pump out, you need to also be an early adopter of high end televisions or gaming monitors. I guess what I am trying to convey is that yeah this console is amazing, but unless you have money to burn and are willing to stick to a somewhat limited game library; just wait until the inventory gets better, the game library is larger, and the televisions to use with the console get cheaper as well.

This system is incredible. Graphics are smooth and controller is excellent. Unfortunately there are very few games out for it that justify owning it. Hard drive space out of the box is very limited even with the disc version. Paying an extra $200 to get an SSD is not something I’m excited about. Wait it out until more games are available/price drop.

PS5 is an amazing console. The graphics are fantastic and on par for this new generation on gaming. If you liked the PS4 interface, then you'll be right at home. The controller feels great and has realistic haptic feedback and feel. The best part is the game library; there are several exclusives that you won't find with any other platform.

Ps5 was definitely a great purchase. If only it had more space. Otherwise absolutely love it.

From day 1, NO issues. Sony has done an amazing job with this PS5. I have been on the ps5 since launch, and have 0 complaints. Sony has done a brilliant job keeping it updated, and making us aware of every move. I have purchased 4 ps5's since the launch for myself and other family members, and not 1 of them has given us ANY problems. Bravo Sony, BRAVO!

Best gaming console ever. Controllers are amazing, picture is wonderful, games made to utilize the technology are gorgeous. I have and will continue to purchase games every iteration of the PlayStation. I am super satisfied with this console. They also keep adding features, remote play is a must for when you’re out of town. I would recommend this to everyone.

After months of waiting and trying to get my PS5 I was not disappointed.

Fast load times, great graphics, great controller, great overall.

I’ve always been a PlayStation fan since I was a kid with the PS1. This console is just so good. The processor is fast. Everything loads extremely fast. And the dual sense controller is just so good in my hands. Everything about the console just screams premium. Thanks to Best Buy for stocking this. I hope more gets stocked soon so everybody could have a chance to own one.

amazing system, graphics, games, everything about this console is amazing. one thing you should purchase is an SSD had because the games are massive and will require a lot of space. if you are a game horder and have PlayStation plus you definitely will fill the hard drive quickly. if you can get your hands on this console. get it.

Quiet, smooth and does everything the PS4 did but soooo much better. Transfering of games was painful, but aside from that everything has been simple and flawless. A little large on wonky shaped, so it makes finding a home on your entertainment center a little difficult. Performance, being of the utmost importance, is on point as to what Sony advertised.
