Tbh it wasn’t worth all the hype. It’s a suped up ps4 pro. Idk if it’s the system or the game/s but I do see some stuttering here and there with loads.

set up was of product was a bit frustrating for the first 24 hrs, but blamed amount if people probably trying to set up their systems at the same time. i am satisfied w my purchase.

Issues with controller not pairing well or waking up the PS5. Also PS5 has loud coil wine. Update could perhaps fix this. However, it’s a great gaming package and a good move forward.

The ordering process itself is great. Best Buy is quick and organized and I fully enjoy their online/pick up ordering process. However, I am giving it 3 stars for the product because I already have to send it in to Sony for repairs, which SUCKS. My screen flickers when trying to play games and then the system crashes mid game. I tried different video settings, different HDMI chords, different TVs, and it still keeps crashing. I know the system is still new so hopefully Sony gets it's bugs all figured out soon.

me and brother got one each but unfortunately my brothers ps5 kept randomly shutting down and had to return it and i've only experience one crash so far but so far so good i can say

Great console! Love the game “Sack boy!” Only thing is that sometimes right in the middle of a game, it randomly stops and restarts for no reason! That’s why I didn’t give it 5 stars!

This console is excellent, so powerful, I love it. But digital game are too expensive, there's almost no discount on older games, I regret of not getting the disk version

I can’t really rate this item since my son hasn’t used it yet but it looks nice and I’m hookah my son loves it. I had no problems purchasing nor picking up this product at Best Buy.

Hard to get your hands on for a reason. Make sure you have a 4K tv and you’re good to go! This console will reach its full potential the end of 2022.

Kind of a boring upgrade in comparison to the ps4. Only bought for Final Fantasy VII remake intergrade. But at least it plays ps4 games better than thr ps4 plays ps4 games.

Love the white. Best Buy needs to only allow 1 ps5 for cc and household every 6 months. This way it allows people to grab their first one. Easy pick up

Good system but tough to get it. I got it to finally play demon souls and it was worth getting. Now just waiting for more good games to come out. Play some ps4 titles so far.

Only took 4 months to buy and literally no games. And now returnal is sold out. All I’ve really done is play ps4 games on my ps5 because of the lack of stock and games.

When the fan is on the PS5 makes a very loud buzzing sound. Also my ping is ~20ms higher than on PS4 even though they're connected to same router. Everything else is good so far!

Best Buy curbside pick up was great. The Best Buy staff were friendly, fast and very efficient. This was my first time using curb side pick up and it was a very good experience.

Issues with the console in early days. Other than that fantastic product, already have some incredible memories playing games on it and it's only been a couple weeks, love it.

I have both an Xbox and a PS5. For the price this is decent value. I still prefer the xbox and using xbox for PC app.

PlayStation was dusty out the box. Tells me you were holding it for a while. Controller already has stick drift. It’s barely been a month. Other that that it is alright.

Console is great, experience stick drift with the controller that came with it, which is a minus but they’re at least able to fix it for you if you send it in

Console is amazing no bad reviews. Reason for the 3 stars is best buy lack of online security against bots so others may purchase.
