After a long time trying to get I finally did. Sadly not impressed. Graphics are great, but can’t tell the difference with the 4 pro. Really really lags when downloading a game to play off the disk. To the point of not working and I thought my system was broken. Annoying you still have to wait to download the game and have the disk in. And it’s huge! Takes up a ton of space. Why? Glad I have one, should’ve got the digital version since you have to download the games anyway.

A real step up from the PS4 pro. It does everything faster and better looking. Not a fan of the new menu system but I am getting the hang of it. Native content is a problem right now but will get better next year.

Was finally able to get a PS5! The controller with its haptic feedback is amazing. I recommend an external ssd drive for your PS4 games. Looking forward to Horizon Forbidden West

Fast start up and the controller is amazing. Games load fast, run smooth and look beautiful. The free game "Astrobot" really shows what the controller can do and should be the first game you play. gg

What else is there to say! It’s a PlayStation5! Jokes aside it’s amazing, 4K graphics are lifelike the controller feels next generation not to mention you can chat through the controllers built in microphone.

The graphics on this Console is amazing! Playing 2k21 is like watching a live sports event. The upload speed for each game is crazy fast compared to the ps4. The only downfall would be the size of the system.

Much bigger than previous consoles. Home Screen takes a little while to figure out. Overall this is an excellent console and can’t wait to see future potential of games and what the limit for this console is.

System is amazing! A tremendous upgrade from the PS4. Speed, graphics and gameplay are just unbelievable. FIVE STARS! Best Buy was great bringing it out to me as soon as I notified them, that I was outside.

I love the ps5. The interface, the controller, and the graphics are all a huge update over the four! The exclusives are on point as well! Sony has done it again! A must buy if you want the best next gen console.

Defined the most high tech gaming console out there. The quick loading times are a game changer (pun not intended). If you have a 4K tv and surround sound, you’ll have a great experience with this console.

The console paired with a UHD TV is absolutely amazing. Load times for many of the games are darn near seamless and the controller has a great feel to it too! I only wish more were available for other customers!!

Front ports do not charge when the console is in rest mode. The UI is awful and Sony is using it to blast your face with ads for games and other services. There are no themes for the background, you have no control over it. Pushing the Playstation button on the dualsense controller brings up a small menu on the bottom of the screen which I personally hate. Runs faster than a dev working on the next Call of Duty release. It's nearly silent unless a disc is spinning, and then it is the loudest console ever. It makes some sort of vibrating, resonating sound. Louder than a Hulu ad break. Other than that it's basically a Ps4Pro+ right now. I would return it if I could and just buy it next year when it has twice the storage space and doesn't look like a dysfunctional space ship from planet moneygrab.

It's big, it's sleek, it's silent. The controller is my favorite part of it, it truly feels next gen. The updated UI is also incredible... did I mention quick load times, yeah, that too. It's great machine so far.

Not just a great console but loads and runs games at amazing speed, handles complex graphics and provides much more realism. The game sharing feature is a must for those who need help handling tough games.

Amazing Console well worth the wait. I pre-ordered this system when released in September I was one of the fortunate customers to get one on launch day, all i can say is wow console looks amazing,graphics are out of this world and games look magnificent on this console when paired to a newer TV. I had purchased back in July a 2020 Samsung Q-LED 8K TV to play the PS5 on and it looks amazing i also have it hooked up to a Sonos ARC soundbar, a Sonos Sub,and a pair of Sonos rear surrounds so the 3d surround sound from the Sony PS5 not only plays amazing but sounds amazing as well i wanted to test the full potential this console has to offer and am very happy with my purchase best investment I ever made thank you Best Buy you rock.

Remains a solid buy 2 years later. Satisfied with my purchase.

The PS5 is here and I was first in line at my local BB to pick it up. It's a big boy for sure. I like the ease of use and controller feels good. Astros playroom takes advantage of showing how the haptic feedback should be used in all games lets see if developers use it. I had it displayed next to my series X and it just towers over it with its size. Only issue I have notice is when the disc spins it is really loud but then stops. Definitely love using it can't wait for God of War next year it will

An excellent upgrade for next gen gaming! Given the option of 4k 120 fps is awesome. Didn’t realize what I missing out on till I had it! PS5 controllers do break a lot, but I do play everyday.
