Pretty good console, unfortunately Best Buy's shipping practices leave a lot to be desired. Best Buy said they would ship by a November 12, but all they did was create a label in order to meet their own deadline, and then the console didn't actually ship from their warehouse until almost a week later. I had taken time off work to make sure I received this and had time to set up and use it, and that went to waste because I received the console almost a week later. Best Buy customer service was pretty lousy as well.

This system is amazing. Graphics look great, but what really impressed me was how fast everything loads and feels.

It’s next gen! Great gaming, not much noise compared to the ps4. Not a fan of the all white but oh well. Thing is pretty big too!

One of the best consoles you can enjoy. I will say compared to the other consoles, the PS5 just has the best finish and the graphics are just phenomenal. Only complaint that I might have is that the fan can be a bit noisy. This is due to the high graphics that is displays when playing certain games that require a faster acceleration rate. The display to the Console it self is just beautiful. It is definitely a hard drive tower setup. Not like previous PlayStations. I will say its worth waiting for and paying the premium.

What else can you say? It’s awesome. The included Astro not game is fun for the whole family. Great graphics and awesome controller.

Awesome performance without the cost of a pc. Fast loading into games. BB is awsrome on curbside pick up.

Wow, is this thing big. When I say big, I mean huge! I have never seen a gaming console this big before and between all my family members, we have them all. That said, it runs fast and smooth. Gets 4 out of 5 stars for size and color as a black option would have been nice. Black panels coming from Sony soon, I hope? Bottom line...worth the money.

i was lucky to buy this. the controller are awesome. just need new games to play. using ps4 games currently. load times are awesome.

Next gen for sure love the graphics and the speed is incomparable to past consoles and anything else out there! love it!

Amazing design, controller is easy to hold. Easy to understand menu systems. It’s a good system if you are able to get ahold of it.

A disc free playstation 5 that is very hard to acquire but worth all the efforts after seeing a person happy upon using the item.

More uniform design without the disc drive. Same exact performance internally. As long as your internet is solid, you’ll be happy!

Works great, no noises no loud noises no over heating, nothing like Facebook said. Overall an amazing console, looks good runs great.

Love it. Super fast load times being the best part for me. Graphics obviously improved as well. Good games available at launch as well.

Awesome system. I managed to grab one, thanks to my wife for browsing instagram and came across the online restocking time and date. I haven't noticed any graphics upgrades. If there are any, its miniscule compared to the ps4 pro. I don't own a Ps4 pro, just going off youtube videos for comparison. If I have already own a pro, I would've hold off on the ps5. The system and load times are fast. So far its a great buy if you can be lucky enough to find one in stock.
