This console is what I plan to keep for a long time. It is very big and you will need to think a lot about where it’s placed. However, it isn’t ugly to use as a centerpiece in your tv entertainment system. It’s future proofed for the next how many years, and I can stay up-to-date with all my games in the future.

Excellent!, I’m very proud with Sony’s PlayStation 5 graphics they have accomplished a lot with this system. But of course they’ll be some draw backs just like it’s competitor. But what matter is you keep gaming don’t get attach to who’s better. No system is better then the other they both are not perfect!

Amazing next gen system, can’t argue much about it other then scalpers buying them all and selling them for triple the price. It sucks, I want everyone to share this experience cuz it’s such a amazing system. My only complaint is bigger memory space but can be solved once they drop a update patch to extend your SSD space.

I had been trying to buy this system for a very very long time. I almost gave up but I decided to try one last time and thankfully I was able to snach one. So far so good. I come from a ps4 pro and Im in love with the beautiful graphics and its power. I cant wait to see what other games will come to the system.

I have both a Xbox Series X and now a PS5. I already prefer the PS5, it is SO fun. The controller’s Haptic feedback, and the console’s 3D audio help games feel immersive and truly next gen. If you get the opportunity, you should get one. You won’t be disappointed

Amazing system with great 1st party single player games

Sony's flagship gaming system has arrived with all the hype solidified. The Playstation 5 is a true next generation gaming console. Intricately designed for absolute quiet gaming and heat flow, boasting an intuitive dashboard in full 4K and HDR, extremely fast on-board SSD for lighting fast game downloads and loading, and Sony's specific evolutionary game controller. The SSD is only 825 gigs with 620 gigs used for gaming so not a lot can be installed. It does have an expansion slot for NVMe drives to expand the storage. You can still plug in any external drive to play your PS4 games. Sony provides a high speed HDMI 2.1 connection for your smart TV but I recommend buying an Ultra High speed HDMI 2.1 to future proof for when you upgrade your smart TV with HDMI 2.1 connections. Currently 4K 60FPS(frame per second) is excellent on my smart TV HDMI 2.0 but if you want 4K 120FPS, then a future smart TV HDMI 2.1 upgrade is optional. Overall the system delivers and more. Also, Sony has just started and the system will evolve more with future system updates that unlocks more power....stay tuned!

Well what can I say this thing is a beast. Literally and figuratively. Thing is huge. Here's a pic for reference next to my 55" sony tv. Games are amazing. Backwards compatible for most PS4 games and some get a game boost. Also have a series x, but this is where the real games are played.

Finally after waiting and watching since they released I was able to get my hands on one without having to pay the huge markup. My son is ecstatic that I finally found it and with our total tech membership we are covered for any accidents that could happen.

I was able to snag this during the order rush due to the shortage. This was thanks to Twitter accounts that alert people of shipping drops, like Matt Swider’s Twitter account. I was able to order it, come to the store and pick it up. It runs beautifully and I am having a blast playing it.

I wish I would have bought the non digital because I’m missing out in the sales. But the systems is great. I would not trade or sell it for anything. This system is great I love the graphics. This new sleek design is cool. It’s kid friendly easy to play. If you are a ps fan then you will love this one even more.

I mean, you probably know what you’re getting if you’re in the market for a PS5. The most revolutionary thing about it is the SSD. Everything loads incredibly fast. I did have an issue installing the update when I first set it up, but that was just a weird glitch.

I couldn't wait to get my hands on this system and BestBuy made it happen. Ordered online on 10/1 and picked up curbside on 10/7. The system is nice, fast, & quiet to sum it up. Having a tv with a HDMI 2.1 port is nice to see the full advantage of what the PS5 can do.

The design is beutiful, no noise or anything as far as I’m concerned the best system I’ve bought. This generation is gonna be amazing especially when they start to focus on titles made exclusively for this gen can’t wait. Amazing what’s capable. Ssd is incredible. UI is beutiful and unique I love it

I've been playing it a lot & I haven't hand any issues at all other than discovering Madden 21 is the same 'ol Madden. Only way I'd be any happier is if I didn't waste money on Madden 21; needless to say, don't buy Madden 21 & you'll be fine. Other than that, amazing console. Well worth the money.

Next gen, current gen, is definitely here. The PS5 is a technical marvel with its SSD. The games might be sparse now, but they'll uptick in time. Playstation's games are always among the best and if you want to play them, get a PS5. When you can. I'm very happy with my purchase.

Really loving the new Playstation 5. Spider-man and Demon’s Souls have really impressed me. UI is highly intuitive, and load times are practically non-existent. Backwards compatibility works great, and have been able to play multiplayer games with my friends still using the PS4. Highly recommended.

after trying to get this since launch, missing releases and waiting in queues in vain, tempted to buy off of a scalper, I was finally able to get this beauty in my hands.. although I was supposed to get this on 11/27 (it got delayed) but I was able to pick it up today 11/30. Best Buy for the win.

Honestly, the struggle of getting one of these was worth it. The speed, the quality, and the games is just amazing. The controller has many new features, and overall, it is just more comfortable to use. Even if you have a last generation console, this is a worthwhile upgrade.

Getting the PS5 wasn’t easy because Best Buy was trying to prevent the bots from purchasing anything in stock but once it went into my cart, it was not removed and I was able to check up. It took me some time to check out but they gave me all the time I needed.
