It’s a PlayStation counsel. What more needs to be said. It does lack a few things that should have been included from the PlayStation 4 but other than that it’s totally worth adding too your gaming arsenal. I was lucky when the preorders came out but a lot people are having trouble getting a PlayStation 5 due to all the hackers using order bots and selling them for outrageous prices. Something should be done to stop this so honest people have a chance to get one.

I was extremely fortunate to be able to order one via the Best Buy App 4 months after release. ( Yeah.. Still hard to get one 4 and a half months later.) my thoughts on the console after about a month of having it? Well, It’s definitely a huge console.. Definitely bigger than the original PS3.. Surprisingly not as heavy as people say it is though. I was really liking the design of the console until I got it home and realized I preferred my console laying flat rather than standing.. It still looks fine but I feel as if the designer of the console created the look of the PS5 under the assumption that most players prefer their consoles standing. The PS5 controller definitely feels next gen with the haptic feedback, speakers in the controller, and other nice features. It’s a lot heavier than the past PlayStation controllers but you’ll get used to it. The system it self doesn’t really make much sound compared to when playing the PS4.. Where the PS4’s fans would sound like a plane taking off 30 mins into gaming the PS5’s fans simply turn on for 30 seconds or so then turn right off.. You can hardly hear them. Connecting the PS5 isn't hard either, although I do recommend looking up how to transfer saved data and games over to your PS5 from the PS4 a few days before you pick up your PS5 because it can be somewhat frustrating and time consuming if you aren’t prepared on how to do it. All in all I’m very lucky and happy with my purchase. Also, go ahead and get the 2 year warranty.. You’ve already spent over 500 bucks on the console right? might as well spend the extra few bucks to insure you’re covered if your console were to randomly start acting up one day within 2 years of purchase.

Great system. Love it. Great graphics fast load times and the Astro Game is a nice freebie.

Great console. I load up a lot faster than other console players in online games. Ssd is also great.

This is a Great system.The games look great and its very quiet. Sony did an excellent job with the Playstation 5

Pretty amazing hardware. Size is not too large (about size of original PS3). Transferred all my info over in a few hours and was ready to play my old games. Great that they offer some games for ps+ subscribers, so I had a ton of things to play out of the box. Other games, like Squadron, Doom Eternal, and Cyberpunk offered free upgrade to PS 5. My old PS4 harddrive plugged right in - was able to expand my drive that way (games still take up a ton of space.)

Love this console it's awesome. Am glad mines has no issue. So far. Be a fan of Sony since a kid. Enjoy everyone.

I got lucky with a drop on one of the mornings. And I love the console. Its quick and powerful and we will see the true power of it with more PS5 games coming out later this year and on. I figured I would get this now because of all the games that I would 100% get. Love the Sony company and would keep supporting them. Anybody complaining they cant get a console is not trying hard enough and expects them to fall to their laps.

I know it's tough to get your hands one one, but it'll be worth the wait. Honestly, it'll be even better in 2022 when there's actually a library of games made for it that aren't held back by the previous generation. It does everything well from 4k displays, almost non-existant load times, streaming, and more. It's a pretty large system, too, so check dimensions to make space in/on your entertainment centers.

Love my PS5. Great quality and fairly quiet. Wish the system was as a little smaller.

The PS5 is honestly an extremely powerful machine. I can't stress enough that if you want one you shouldn't buy from resellers, but instead make them eat their loss and buy it straight from Best Buy or another reputable seller. Should something go wrong with the console, you can have confidence the problem will be solved, whereas with a reseller you have no clue if it will last longer than a week.

The graphics are excellent, very smooth. Coming from PC i can said this console is very powerful.

Finally got one. Love it. Load times are great. Controller feels good. Quite and looks gorgeous lol!

After the battle of buying one of these I'm happy. Impressive performing console. Not a fan of the look/size
