I have a $1500+ PC that cannot push 4k 60 so this is truly magic. I can't believe how far consoles have come since I was younger. What a time to be a gamer! You really can't go wrong with either console this generation but wow this PS5 is exactly what I hoped it would be as a long time Playstation enthusiast. And I imagine you will feel the same. Cheers!

I love my PS5 but there are issues.

I don't recommend using the rest mode due to it will crash your PS5 after a while. The battery life on the controller sucks. As more and more updates come in, the system is getting better.

A gigantic improvement over the PS4

No more lag on unoptimized games, smooth animations, and my personal favorite improvements-- no more jet engine fan cooling and no excess heat in the room. At only $100 more than the PS4 at release, this is a no brainer. The only caveat is waiting for new games to release in 2021 but it supports the majority of PS4 games while you wait.
