The controls for turning it off are a bit confusing. You need to press the PS button and then navigate to the bottom of the screen to interact with the power situation. Holding down the PS button does not work, but this is a definite First World Problem.

Huge upgrade from the PS4. Really worth the price

I’ve never experienced anything like it before. We can only imagine what devs will do with it from here on out. The 3D audio as well is insane and you don’t really need the Pulse 3D, just use the earphone you get with your Apple iPhone or Samsung devices...etc.

Hard to get, but worth the trouble

The fast charge on games is real, just X a game and boom, is there Really happy with it, and also with bestbuy which was the only place where i was able to finally get one

An amazing system

I thought itbqould be more to be honest. But it plays pretty much all of my ps4 games, so don't worry about losing them to the upgrade. It also makes the old games faster and beautiful. This is an amazing system. Make the plunge it is so worth it. I would definitely recommend.

Best Christmas Ever

Originally, I had pick up for 12/26 but got the text Christmas Eve morning it was ready for pick up. It was a miracle and I am forever grateful. The process was smooth and I told the young man at pickup that if it wasn't for Covid, I would hug him.
