Well worth the wait ! Controller feels great runs smooth

The system works great games look perfect and runs good

Extremely difficult to acquire but well worth it once I got it. Had to drive more than an hour to get it because of how difficult it was to try and get one close to me. The PS5 hardware itself is great and provides a lot of boost in performance to my older PS4 games too! It was definitely worth the trouble in getting.

Awesome amazing product and great curbside service

The PlayStation is great. I’ve had it for about a month now and it’s gotten me back into gaming. I love that it comes with a built in game that’s an actual game. It shows off the features of the controllers that will hopefully get incorporated into future third party games. Buy buy also mad it easy to purchase during the holidays.

Jesse, Gina, and Lauren are 3 reasons I will forever return to Best Buy. Jesse, who I spoke with on launch day, had to inform me my pre-order wasn't on site, somehow sensing this news had just drained all hope for man kind. Not 10 mins later still moping was I, Jesse searching me out as to request a copy of my pre-order print out. I thanked him, obliged his request and moped on....Sinking in was my reality of how close I had come, sunburn and singed hairs from the sun. Gina, following up a short 14 hours later, leaving a message that I will only say.....was angelic and biblical...inviting me back to the store, to cancel my order.....and correct this injustice... Lauren, meeting her was a true gift and pleasure. I got a third of my sentence out, citing Jesse's name, and Gina left a VM...Lauren looked, pointed, and said "Howard?" Pearly Gates of heaven! This is what it's all about. Going above and beyond, to right a wrong, all of which consume time and energy. When most would've picked the easy, less cumbersome path of pleading ignorance. Jesse, Gina, and Lauren. Lock-stock-smoking barrels....I can now die a happy being! Many Thanks, and Much love!

Everything as expected. Excellent console. Easy to use.

Love the next gen. The operating system is very smooth just transitioning from game to game or other log in is seamless and the game graphics are amazing I switched over the ps4 game I was playing and am still playing it on the ps5 but faster and better graphics

My son is absolutely excited over this purchase. We have been waiting since last year to purchase one. I was lucky to get the advance purchase for being an elite member, and snagged one. Works like a charm. Good picture, old games work with it, fast speed. So excited to finally have one!!

Great console. Fast and very responsive. I can definitely say that this jump from the normal PS4 to PS5 was a giant leap in performance. Cant wait to see all the games and features they’ll do with it. Oh and BTW the preinstalled game “Astros Playroom” its a MUST play. Great for playstation fans that love PS history and nostalgia.

Great launch catalog, great hardware, great controller. Console looks a bit weird underneath the TV setup but it does the job. It's very quiet compared to the PS4, games in this next gen consoles are a massive upgrade.

I was lucky to get a preorder and get my PS5 on launch. Plays all my PS4 games perfectly through my External HD, no issues so far. For PS5 games, played through Astro's Playground, which was fun and demonstrates what the controller is capable of. I also purchased Spider-man Miles Morales. Still playing through it, but very fun.

Good console overral but some games lack optimization to hit a consistent 60 fps. With more exclusives coming in the future still a good buy.

Difficult to acquire but awesome product! With stock shortages it was hard to buy this product. Website also kept crashing. But product as a whole is amazing. Pretty seamless game loading times and amazing graphics
