It was little difficult to pre-order. It's bigger than I expected, but it looks nice. Highly recomended.

Can't believe I was able to actually get one! loving it so far, upgraded from a day 1 ps4 and enjoying every minute of it.

The PS5 is phenomenal, It looks futuristic and glossy. The best Console so far. My fiancé is soooooo excited and thankful.

The system arrived a few days after the release with no damage to the products or any other issue. System looks great, plays great, and controller is pretty cool. Games and updates download quicker too. A couple of minor issues bugs (such as the "queued for download" thing) and issues with the UI hiding things (like party chat), but that's not Best Buy's fault (neither were the previously good mentioned things) so I won't mark down the score for it. Otherwise, everything was as expected.

Besides the fact that this was nearly impossible to find it was definitely worth the wait! Only thing I can complain about is the HDMI cable it came with. Everybody claims that the cable is recommended and good enough but it seems kind of cheap and sometimes I’d have to reset the video settings on the computer some so that lines wouldn’t show up on my screen (2019 LG OLED). Might just be my TV settings but every time I’m able to fix the problem by replugging the HDMI.....so who knows.

I’m upgrading from a base ps4. The quick loading times, dual sense controller, and playing on performance mode make gaming super immersive. Let’s be real; Sony wants you playing on a 4K 120hz tv like their x900h, but many people like myself don’t have one. I know, I know. I gotta upgrade soon, but I’ll tell you that by playing on a 1080p 60hz tv will still make world of a difference to you, too. Once the ps5 becomes more available to purchase, don’t hesitate to buy one. Glad to help out.

My kids love it ... They play their ps4 games and whatever the few Ps5 games that are out. My point is there’s a lot of games for you to choose from. My only complaint is the storage space. You really have to pick and choose what you’re going to download because there’s not a lot of room to keep them all on the hard drive

Best new next gen console. Best Buy has been the best and easiest way to get sony products. Just needs more games.

great system works good way better then my ps4. i play alot of BL3 with my girlfriend and now it runs smooth

Looks great visually in 4k. System is a little bigger than I expected, but it looks good on my shelf. Loads really fast!
