Item came in impeccable condition. Box was intact and zero accessories were missing. So far, no issues when using this aside from firmware hiccups that Sony needs to address. Definitely a bit loud when playing 4K Blu-Rays and copying over disc data from games, but otherwise a must buy for any sony fan with a 4K TV
