I had the ps4 so I decided to upgrade to the ps5 and it’s great so far

Excellent system. Runs great, nice design. We are every happy with it.

The PS5 loads games way faster than the PS4. The only downside to this device that I have found so far is the small hard drive and the need to buy/install a second drive if you want to keep more than 8-10 games installed.

Expensive system but fantastic gaming experience. Recommend to anyone

A great gaming console and I was able to relatively easily get one on pre-order. The in-store pickup process was also great since they made time slots for you to come in before the store opened. It went seamlessly and the employees were very professional. Shout out to the Best Buy off Bay Area Blvd. in the Houston area! This is my go to store for electronic needs.

first of all, lack of SSD space is negative. Not sure what Jim Ryan looks at but my external 8tb ssd is not enough storage for ps4 games. need around 12tb for ps4 games alone. not sure why one external ssd works at a time. Should have offered multiple internal storage models so if we wanted 8tb ps5, we can buy. wouldnt care if it costed 2000 dollar for 8tb ps5. Also should be able to use multiple external ssds at same time. Also had issues with downloads as wifi would disappear. had no issues with wifi on ps4 nor any other device. alot of other software bugs. also why only ps4 backward compatability. i remember wording that its all about past. so why it wasnt ps3 backward compatible?

I got this on launch date and it is the best console i have owned yet! My Xbox one s took a dump two years ago and I have always had problems with Xbox in the past! I have owned Playstation consoles as well with minimal issues! Although I have yet used this playstation to its full capacity I am excited to see what this baby can do with it future in gaming! Must have!!!
