Love my PS5! Since I’ve gotten it, it has run with very few bugs, and certainly none that couldn’t be forgiven, as Sony was of course still working out the kinks when I got it. Only complaint would be the difficulty in interacting with friends, which was easier with the PS4 UI.

Console is amazing!, super fast! The controller is definitely a game trochanter with the haptic feedback and the bulky ness is really nice!... to everyone else that is trying to get a PS5 good luck and I’m sorry that a bunch of ridiculous scalpers bought a ton and trying to resell it for a ridiculous amount.

It took a few months of trying but I'm glad I didn't give up. Games play great new and old. Big upgrade from a PS4 Slim. Really love the new controllers, they fit my hands better than the PS4 controllers. The quick loading times and the game resume features cant' be beat.

The console itself was excellent, no complaints. Despite the amazing console the shipping and packaging was horrible. Package delayed multiple times, inconvenience to pick up, and inconsistent estimation of delivery. When I eventually picked it up the box was dented, torn, dirty, and in bad quality overall.

What can I say? The best console on the market (I'd say Series X is better but there are;t enough games for it yet other than Halo.) If you aren't playing Ghost of Tsushima right now you're missing out.

Was finally able to find one of these and super glad we were able to get this for the actual market price and not the 700 prices some ppl were selling them outside of bestbuy. SMDH ridiculous how ppl like to take advantage of others.

Best console out there! Well worth the wait and very happy that I was able to purchase and pick up on the same day. It comes with everything to get started, the console is well built, and the stand it comes with works for standing up the console or laying it down.

Good piece of tech. Once we actually get some PS5 games, it should be amazing. Though playing upgraded ps4 games has been great. The new controller is also amazing. No need to run out and buy the console immediately, but once we start getting exclusive ps5 content, then it's time to panic buy.

This has become my primary console. The adaptive triggers make all the difference for me. The console exclusives are all MUST haves. The xbox is objectively a better console for Dolby Vision/Atmos and VRR support, but something keeps drawing me back to play the PS5

The fist one I got was defective. Loudest cooling fan I've ever heard. Best buy replaced it within a day. I absolutely love it. The only thing I hate is that it doesn't switch from hdr to sdr automatically or frame rate while gaming or streaming. Kinda stupid. But for gaming in hdr it is awesome

Have had no problems with my ps5 and I am glad that I was able to acquire one. Game boost via ps4 blackwards compatibility alongside demon's souls as a launch title was a PERFECT incentive for me to get a ps5. Days gone, dark souls 3, god of war, the last guardian, and many others run at better framerates

The PS5 is an amazing console, I have been playing Miles Morales on it and it runs it very well and the visuals are amazing. This console is great and right now you can get horizon zero dawn for free on it! I would recommend this console to anyone who wants to get into the next gen of gaming.

The system itself is gigantic. Like a spaceship in your living room. Runs rather loud, but the controller has neat little touches like the buttons on the controller are the shapes of the texture.

So happy to have gotten my hands on one of these finally. It was definitely worth the wait. Ps4 games look better on it and the upgraded versions of the ps4 games I had (i.e. Madden 21 and Fifa 21) look like completely different games. If you a a Playstation fan I highly recommend the upgraded.

Great gaming console. Bought it for the kids but I'm having fun unwinding with it...when it's free. Have to buy a 2nd so I have a chance to play. Only con is internal storage. There is an internal expansion slot but the SSD's are very expensive at the moment.

The Playstation 5 is the "MUST HAVE" system. I love what this machine can do and the games for it have only scratched the surface of its true output. I know it has been tough to come by on being able to purchase one. But, I think the way Best Buy has it set up now, works a lot better.

My grandson wanted one of these systems since the first time he saw it. I waited in the queue and kept trying and I finally managed to get one. The pick up process could not have been easier. He loves it and I love that. Wonderful system and great graphics. Best system ever, according to the grandson.

I'm not a PlayStation gamer, but I'm enjoying the PS5! The big downside would just be the UI, which lacks a fluidity that I have come to expect. I will stick with playing multiplatform games on my Xbox Series X, but the PS5 will certainly please most gamers (but you don't need me to tell you that).

Wow oh wow! The system is flawless. Sure on day one there was hiccups but it's been great ever since. The graphics capability and the loading times are amazing. It's so nice to turn it on and its ready to go. It looks great on a standard hd tv, but you really have to check it out on a 4k tv. Mind-blowing.

My boyfriend absolutely loves his console. The in-game graphics are noticeably better than the PS4. The games also download faster. No regrets buying it. Only downfall is it was SO HARD TO GET!!
