Can a PS ever be really bad? Play staions worst day is better than xbox's best. It's biggest negative is it's awkward size i have no bags it fits in so taking to my friends have been hindered

The PlayStation 5 is amazing if you choose to buy it. It will be worth your money and has a lot of great features. Being able to play games with higher frame rates and 4K resolution was a big upgrade from the PS4. The dual sense controller has also blown me away with all its unique features.

The console is amazing. Super fast downloads and great game quality. The controllers are the greatest improvement though. New features with vibration and adaptive triggers take them to the next level yet they are the same size as the PS4 ones and feel identical in your hand.

I bought both a PS5 and a Xbox Series X. And I think that the xbox is better Because of backwards compatibility and speed

Not much to say, it is a ps5 and works as intended, not much to complain about. Don't leave this in rest/sleep mode over long periods of time because it will get fried.

Owned this PS5 for over a couple years now. Unit is still perfect. BestBuy was the best way to get this at retail pricing and in-car pickup is very simply with their App. I'll be looking to BestBuy again for the PS5 Pro whenever that time comes.

Great console! Runs much faster than my old PS4. The only downsides are the availability to find one, and the lack of PS5 games. Those are the only cons i can think of.

Great console, had to wait in line over night to cop and was first in line at a phoenix location but totally worth it. Now to cover what is really plaguing everyone, Best buy, having to pay 200 dollars a year for the opportunity to buy a console is just despicable.

Previous games that would leave my PS4 fan screaming run on the PS5 barely above a whisper. Only downside is the console is an absolute unit on the shelf.

Wow! This really does feels next gen! I'm have upgraded from a standard PS4 to the PS5 and I'm blown away with the incredible UI experience and gameplay. The PS5 games look incredible and play flawlessly. My PS$ games have never looked better and I'm excited for what's to come. This is a must buy!

This product was very easy to come by. Also very obtainable. On another note, a lot of them available. My only complaint was just how many were in stock, I mean they have so so many. If you have trouble finding one, just buy one, cause it’s easy as pie. In a word? Available

Excellent, very happy with this purchase. And the next few months will only get better. Seemless setup. Once i was able to gain access to the Best Buy Ps5 black Friday launch drop.. the actual transaction and pick up was easy and problem free (even on black Friday, course it is 2020..so..)

Best system to date, there is a good improvement over the ps4 pro The only reason i give it 4 stars is because the storage isn't sufficient if you have a big library of games.

Happy to be able to give this to my son for Christmas. So glad I was able to purchase from Best Buy-felt fortunate as I know this was one of the big ticket items this year and they were not easy to get. He seems to like it so far- though we had some difficulty getting it set up this morning.

Best Buy made it pretty easy to obtain, just clicked add to cart, waited in a virtual line a bit, then checked out. I got it for my cousin so idk how good the console itself is, but he's super happy.

It’s a great system but it still feels very under powered compared to pc. Most games are locked at 60 or even smh 30fps which is very disappointing. Also no support for 1440p is really disappointing but still a great upgrade. DO NOT BUT FOR RESALE IT IS NOT WORTH OVER 1K JUST BUILD A PC INSTEAD.

It's the best video game console in my opinion. Great first party games like God of War and Gram Turismo. The system is blazing fast and the users interface is simple. Highly suggest adding an SSD to expand internal memory (less than 10min process).

I like the new interface. The color and design are both positives The only real complaint I have is the lack of games. Feel like they should have had more at launch date.

Good system, great graphics. Excited to see what more games will look like when they come out. Controllers battery doesnt last as long as they have in past systems, but are more involved.

I love how Best Buy continues to be the only site that I have a chance of getting any high demand consumer electronics. I have been able to get family member gifts thought to be impossible to get! The kids say the system looks beautiful and is playing like a dream.
