Very hard to get, got charged twice, but at the end they gave me My refound. It was worth it, everything perfect with my ps5, happy I didnt have yo pay to re sellers. Hope they make more so people can Buy on official stores, and not re sellers.

The PS5 is a sold console. I do feel line its a slight upgrade from the PS4 Pro. Most of the games that support 120 hz has to be rendered in 1080p which for a next gen console is crazy. Also, not many games are 4K 60 fps either. I hope the wave of games get better support.

Very lucky to have gotten one. Very good system. The only reason why I didn’t give it 5 stars is because of the limited storage. Hopefully we will be able to upgrade soon.

Been LOVING it so far. A few hiccups here and there but it's a newly released console, it's bound to happen. I will say though that it's a little louder than I expected it to be but honestly I don't even realize it unless I pay attention. I should give it a 4 but nah, worthy of a 5 too.

I was pretty skeptical of the whole “first consoles are bad and have issues”, but my console has been great. I have been a PlayStation user since PS1 and each console I’ve owned never had any issues, all bought from Bestbuy. I can honestly say the PS5 is worth it. It’s an amazing machine

The console is great! There are some problems as any new console will have, but overall, nice piece of tech. The only issue I have is ordering it to my store here in Cali and I didn't want to drive more than 250-300 miles just to get it. Pretty ridiculous but overall, it's awesome!

Great product not perfect. It will take time for SURE before they have really solid upticks in graphics and use. This is the case with every console, however. We were fortunate enough to get one on release date and so far, no major issues. You will not be disappointed, I hope. :-)

Love the ps5 version. Digital version of ps5 would not allow me to play any disks that I previously purchased. Too long to upload to cloud and try to download on PS5. I wound up buying all ps5 games so that I could play them. Other than that I am very happy with my purchase.

Great excellent product because go Best Buy who is really good a selling stuff for the Best Buy and requiring 50 character + reviews because yay for Best Buy and Ps5 4 being so Gucci and at working so Gucci like it should for as expensive as this is n stuff. #rolltide

Absolutely love this system. I thought it was I was going to be limited since it was an all digital console, but with Sonys lineup of free games with the PlayStation plus, there are plenary of free games to play. So far so good.

I preordered a release day console, and couldn't be happier. The version w/ the Blu-Ray drive is the way to go. The only drawback is the SSD is a little smaller than I would like, and you can't actually upgrade the SSD (yet). The upgrade from the PS4 is noticeable, and worth the $$$.

The PS5 is a great value, especially if you have PS Now which grants you access to tons of games, old and new. The built-in 4K Blu-ray player is also a great plus. I highly recommend the disc version over the digital edition, if you can find it!

Amazing console! I love all of the exclusives that are available with the platform! I was with xbox before but the amazing exclusives like Spider-Man and The Last of Us: Part II. I only wish they had a better game pass like platform for the sony exclusive titles.

Super happy with this. I didn't buy the PS4 because I wasn't playing any games then. The last system I had was a PS3 so this is a big difference, and there are so many PS4 games that I can play until some really great games come out... like Horizon Forbidden West

Lives up to the reviews and hype. Can't see myself going back to my PS4 Pro. Load times are significantly reduced, OS is much faster and more responsive, controller has a hefty weight so it feels great in hand. Size is definitely the bigger than expected, but well worth the real estate.

Its great I have always has a playstation. Love the exclusives. It's sturdy. The only complaint I have it's loud sounds like a jet is taking off. I also wish it had another usb in the front

My friends and family are so jelous that I have this console since none of them can get their hands on this. Definitly worth staying up until 5am on a rumor to snag this online. It plays all my favorite PS4 games and definitely can't go back to PS4 bc the load time are insanely fast.

Fidelity or Performance...ugh...why the choice. This may be trivial to some, but I just cannot understand why we can’t just have BOTH great graphics at higher frame rates at the SAME TIME. I am sure there are technical capability reasons for making this a choice you must make, but it drives me crazy. I would expect this system to just provide both options at the same time for “next generation”. I am hoping this changes in the future, but for now the choice must be made (just like on PS4 Pro). Other than this, the system is incredibly fast on loading and does look incredible on LG OLED. Looking forward for what’s to come with this next generation.

Powerful and fast system, a good jump up from the PS4 Pro. I got this near launch and it has some features yet to be enabled, but the games that are optimized run so smooth now compared to the PS4 Pro even and the SSD has greatly improved load times and everything is much "snappier"
