Good console that will get better once additional improvements are made to the operating system and some firmware patches are doled out. Currently there’s not too many PS5 specific games and the console crashes too often when waking from sleep or starting up from being off.

Amazing console, It was worth the wait, personally as the year goes on I think we will have less supply chain issues and hopefully everyone can get one

Best buy is the best!!! I was able to buy PS5 easily. Just be quick and pre save all the info in account page. The pick up was great. The box was in perfect condition. Had a smell of brand new factory. As always, Best Buy will be my #1 for electronic purchases.

So far no problems, i thought it was a scam or anything like that, love how bestbuy stick to their promise after i purchased this, also to inform anybody who buy this for their first time, you can still play ps4 games using ps5 controller, its worth every penny

As with any new system there was a bit of a learning curve as far as how to set things up and some of the upgrades (PS4 to PS5) while seem quite simple got a bit confusing. A few minutes digging through YouTube answered all our questions and we have not encountered any issues since.

The PS5 is awesome. Well worth the money/wait. I searched for months and will say that BestBuy had by far the best system for refreshing/waiting in a queue for the "Add to Cart" button to come up. You probably have the best odds buying a PS5 through Best Buy.

Everything about the ps5 feels next gen. Getting one may be hard, but it’s definitely worth it. The games play really great and everything, even the subtle in some cases improvements like the adaptive triggers, create an amazing experience.

It took some time fighting off the bots to buy one but I'm glad I persisted! The PS5 is an amazing machine! Playing and seeing all of my PS4 games upscaled to 4k 60fps is quite a sight! Hopefully these systems will be in abundance very soon so everyone can experience it as well!

Fast in every way. But this coming from a guy that had an original release day PlayStation 4. But from lunch/load speeds to Download/Upload speed's it's faster. But I will say it not something that you need to rush out and get. If you can get your hands on one get it, if not relax.

Nice purchase but I had Problems with the hdmi for my current tv it’s 4K but the ps5 runs so strong that it could be overwhelming for my 55 element Roku 4K tv lol time for an upgrade.

Loving it so far, the next gen games look amazing especially when paired with an lg oled tv. The new PlayStation interface is beautifully made and the games load in seconds. I do have to say that its not super quite like the xbox but it only makes fan noises when it gets to hot.

It’s a PlayStation five what more can I say. The only annoying thing is that you can’t upgrade the storage with out Sony releasing an update for it and the eta is summer 2021

The PS5 is so much faster at navigating around menus and loading games! Have not been able to play a lot of ps5 games yet but it does a great job of improving gameplay on PS4 games! 4K blu Ray player ability is really nice to have as well for high quality picture on movies.

One of the best consoles out there! I used to be a Xbox head and buy Xbox consoles religiously but this time around wanted to get into Spider-Man & let me tell you this game is one of the best games I’ve played in a LONG TIME! 10000% BUY!

When you guys did the drop on this date it was done perfectly. The deop that happened on Feb.19 was awful!!! When had in cart i had 15 min to check out. I loved that. Today its the fastest devises or internet has all the chances had in cart on 3 diff devises and cldnt get it.

I purchased the Sony PlayStation 5 as a gift for my kid. I had been trying to buy one since they came out but had no luck. When I saw Best Buy had them in stock I rushed over to the website and got lucky! This system works great and the visuals are amazing. This is a must get!

Controller battery life worse than ps4 but overall a good system. I downloaded all my games from ps4 and my system says I have no storage so very low storage

Awesome system, operates quietly, cool, and incredibly fast. Controllers are an awesome change from the DualShock and are very comfortable. Graphics are amazing, very crisp, impressive dynamic range and realism. I know they are hard to find at the moment but 11 out of 10 recommend.

I'd give this a 4 star rating if there were only more exclusive games available for the Playstation 5. As of now there aren't too many and some are just Playstation 4 upgrades. In a matter of time, I'd probably give this a 4 star review as more games release. But for now, I can only review it for what it is right now. Another negative is the size. This thing is enormous. I had read about it being big but until I had it at home, I couldn't believe it. The size makes it difficult to place anywhere.

What can you say negative about a PS5. It is awesome. I thought the PS4 was great but the 5 is even better. It is so realistic. I play more sport games and you feel like you are either in the game or in the stands watching it.
