Everything about this console is great. Except 2 things: 1. The remaining hard drive space left after starting up is about 667 GB. It’s extremely low for a “next gen” console especially since the PS4 Pro had 1 TB 2. The Dual Sense Controller is already breaking on me upon using for a month. The triggers are loose and certain buttons are getting stuck. Maybe I just received a faulty one but this is something to think about. I did not drop or throw it at all. Besides that, the console is great and i have no other issues. Although, it’s definitely smarter to wait a bit to get it after all these issues get looked into and solved.

Sony Playstation is a great product. Such a shame buying one is so hard. I was lucky enough to obtain one, but as a retailer you have to make it easier for the consumer to purchase one, how many resellers did you allow to buy this product and sell it for way more over cost.

If you can find this, you're lucky! If you are ok with an all digital experience this us a tremendous system to own. Save 100 bucks by going digital. It looks better to me than the disc version as well. Great way to play all tye Sony console exclusives.

Finally was able to get one! I refused to pay scalpers, they are scum and it would be awesome if no one would buy from them so the whole scalping systems will end. So after a long wait im ecstatic to get my hands on one at msrp!

Great console haven’t had any issues other than wishing they made the hard drive larger should of been a minimum of 4tb out the gate Sony All I have installed in nba2k21,and cod warzone and Cold War and no space left :( guess you own more than 3 games buy an external

Welcome to the next generation! Console is a big guy, so would recommend putting it in a space big enough to not let it overheat. Quick, user friendly & backwards compatible with my PS4 games. Just need more games to come out specifically for this new generation.

The only next gen console with next gen tech (Dual Sense controller) and games at this time. System runs very fast and smooth. Demon’s Soul is simply amazing and must play. Spider-Man Miles Morales may be cross gen, but it looks dam impressive. Both are perfect launch titles.

Have owned for a few months now. Wish the disc drive was quieter, and that there were more games available, but at least the entire PS4 library is available. Console is super powerful and a great alternative to even PCs currently, given the price of everything.

Well what more can I say about this here. I finally got it today. I'm glade I was one of the ones to get it. History has been made. Please get this console for the family it is everything. The looks the feel the EVERYTHING! So really don't take my word for it give it a try.

I like my PS5, it's menu system is a notch above xbox. Gaming in 4k on my OLED is beautiful. Owning both the xbox and PS5 I still tend to reach for the xbox over the playstation. The sony controller is huge and a little clunky. Can't go wrong with either.

When/if you can get your hands on it, the next generation of console gaming from Playstation is a dream! The biggest problem is the lack of supply. Here's hoping that they become easier to find by christmas this year so kids can get what they put on their list!

No need to post a real review about the product because I’m pretty sure you already know about the functionality of the Ps5. But the system came in a week for store pickup and was a breeze to get come pickup day. Lookout for order updates too as it may come in early.

Definitely an upgrade from the PS4. I really like the new menus, and there are some settings to change unless you want a video clip of every trophy you get. Would go through the trouble to find one again though. Best Buy was great having it ready for ready pick up also.

Digital edition was perfect for me. I haven’t bought a disc in years and I don’t trade in my games. I was able to connect my 4TB extended hard drive that I used for my ps4 pro straight into the ps5 and didn’t have to redownload all my games. Next gen is definitely worth it.

Playstation 5 Digital! You most likely know what you are getting out a Playstation and if you are like me and buy all your games digital then this one is for you and $100 cheaper!! If you still have physical media then yes go for the Disc version.

It's the PS5. If you're buying this, you pretty much know what it's capable of. My only gripe (as much as everyone) is how hard it is to find (its not Bestbuy's fault). I believe when more games come out that's exclusive for the PS5, that's where it will really shine.

I was hesitant to get this new console as I haven’t played one since I had the ps2! But I love it and the fact that it comes with games so I had an idea of where to start. I know these are hard to find so I’m grateful to have secured one.

Very great device for gaming and streaming movies and tv shows, controller lacks battery life though and storage is too limited

Love my PS5, got so lucky to get one when best buy had that unannounced drop at 1am, spent 2 and a half months to get one and I'm loving mine so much, I've been lucky to not have any problems, no overheating or bricking the system or anything, thanks best buy for the PS5!

It is what I hoped it would be. The wait was worth it. I haven't gotten anything from Best Buy in years and the Ps5 made a fantastic first time in a long time. It wasn't damaged in any way, meaning Best Buy knows how to keep a product safe, clean, and undamaged.
