Finally managed to get one in the cart and actually check out. AMAZING. Took some doing, but worth it. Great system, no complaints other than the husband has taken it over. Now I'm just on the hunt for the dual charging station ... wish me luck.

Had it less than a week and it broke down. Stopped putting out a display when you turn it on. During that time the gameplay and graphics are amazing! FF7 for PS5 is unlike anything else! That being said, customer service was actually American, and super helpful, but they told me it will be 2-3 months once they receive the system, it took over 3 weeks to get the shipping box. Going to drop it off now. Still better than un named competition!

Love it. Glad I made the jump to next gen early. I think the interface and menu setups are dope. Love being able to get into games quick. They made it super easy to stream also and the accessories are mint. Only issue is it heats up my room a ton.

This is a great system. Chatting with friends has never been easier and downloads/ loading screens are a speedy afterthought. The UI needs to be tweaked but that's expected because it's new. Definitely worth the money if you can get your hands on one.

Great system and graphics. Sucks to not be able to have a library of games you can take to your friends house, due to digital only.

PS5 has great potential. For the most part it’s just PS4 games running in 4K and 60fps in 2021, which is nice if you have a 4K HDR TV. Only once more next gen only games come out will we see its true power. Can’t wait for Ratchet and Clank Rift Apart!

Was able to pre-order order the first day available. After what seemed like a yr I finally got it. I must admit I wasn't expecting it to be as heavy as it is but it's a beauty. Hooking it up and transferring what I needed from the Ps4 over was a piece of cake

Nice upgrade fom ps4. Graphics are better, but it's evolutionary not revolutionary. Wish it came with more HDD space, which is why I got the disc version.

The system itself is a truly good value that brings a solid performance improvement over the long-lived PS4. However, it loses two stars because of how difficult to obtain one is, a lack of truly new games, and very little improvement for PS4 games running on PS5. If you're aggravated about not having one, take comfort knowing there will be much more fun to have with it in the next year when they will be presumably easier to purchase. Good luck!

Awesome. But can’t wait for updates because certain features are gone that are missed. (Internet browser, PS Live, background image option, friends list organization, and folder options for your games are the ones that I can think of from the top of my head)

Very happy with console performance. Only downside is relatively low internal memory compared to game file sizes and average controller battery life. Overall, still really enjoying gameplay and graphical capabilities.

Great console. Lack of games currently & poor controller design holds it back (Controller is prone to breaking easily just like Joycons & Xbox controllers)

I've owned the console for over a year now and have zero issues with it. We're constantly getting updates to make the experience even better and now we can even order official faceplates to change the color of the console.

I have been trying to get a ps5 since the original drop, everytime they run out right away, the way you guys dropped it that day was actually very helpful and j want to thank you for that. The pick up was easy too. Got it that same day. I love best buy.

Great to play game that are for the new generation like demon souls or godfall. But if you aren’t in a rush for those two game and if new games keep being backwards compatible. The need for the new PlayStation 5 really isn’t necessary at the moment.

My only complaint (more of a nitpick) is that PS5's backwards compatibility pales compared to the Xbox Series X|S, which supports not only Xbox One but a good chunk of 360 games and even a few OG Xbox titles. Aside from that, the PS5 is a fantastic system!

Highly recommend it! Your bf deserves this PS5 if you really love him! Jk, WHO NEEDS A MAN WHEN YOU HAVE THIS!! But anyways, this is a really cool console and love the idea of it. Been playing for a couple days and my family really likes it. 10/10 recommend

Might have some issues if the HDMI cable isn’t to spec for HDR TVs. I initially used my install connection and had issues until i used the stock HDMI directly to the TV.

I Always been a fan of Playstation, but this time there is some details that should of been fixed before releasing a product. 1- provide more memory options even if we have to purchase it. 2- why not give us color options for the covers 3- give us different color remotes like xbox . This are not much of a big deal but we are limited in finding one ps5 now with options aswell.. but hopefully they improve this. Like the smooth transaction with Bestbuy after days of trying to get one .. great console and loving the remote even tho i been seeing reviews on how fragile they can be.
