Night and day from my original PS4. It’s fast through the dashboard and loads game invites and party chats fast. Graphics are amazing and runs all my PS4 games From my external hard drive with ease.

Tough item to acquire but kudos to Best Buy for making it as fair and smooth as possible. I’ve always been an X Box user but the newer PS5 controller shape is something I’ve wanted to try out. Thank you!

I got it, I actually got it. To all those who didnt think I would ever get it, in your face. I now hold the power of a thousand suns in the palm of my hand. I am now unstoppable and will be coming for those who didnt believe in me.

I was ROCKSTAR on Christmas when this little baby was unwrapped. This was harder to get than so concert tickets I got in the '90's. It has fantastic new features and all of the data from the PS4 transferred over without any problems.

My fiancé loves the game a lot he all it 24/7.But the controller are not good I had too buy him like 3 already.They need too fix them better.The controller is always expensive.

Great graphics, I can get the full effect of my TV now. I had to replace my controller already, after 2.5 months of use, due to "stick drift" which I had never experienced before with the PS4 controllers. Fortunately I bought Geek Squad protection so they replaced it but from what I have read online it will be an issue that most likely will happen again. I bought another controller so I can swap between them to try and keep the wear to the joysticks minimal to hopefully avoid the drift issue in the future.

Next gen gaming console, what more is there to say? The hype, features, and games preceded the console and it lives up to every bit of hype. This is my first PlayStation since I got a PS2 when they came out, I’m definitely a PS fan again.

Works better than my PS4, but it’s huge and makes a whirring noise that grates on my nerves. The Best Buy portion of the purchase was flawless.

Day 1 of owning the ps5 changes who you are... I am now a cult leader that summons fictional chars from 80s movies. Its alot of responsibility but someone has to summon an army to fight the xbox cults.

It’s worth the regular price! I waited 2 years before being able to purchase on in the store. I am glad I waited because although it’s a great system, it’s definitely not worth a grand.

My BestBuy location was good with e-mail and text notifications for the most part, but on the pick-up day, I was told the product was delayed and will arrive the next day (in reality, as soon as I went home, I got a notification that it was ready for pickup that night, but I didn’t have enough time to go all the way back). The employees at pickup were nice and helpful, though. I will definitely consider shopping here again in the future. The product itself works great and is a lot of fun. I highly recommend it if you can get your hands on one.

Thank you to Best Buy and the Best Buy team for making this purchase happen. I know my nephew is gonna be trilled when he opens his gifts for Xmas. Now I just gotta get 2 more for my other nephews wish me luck !

So far the PS5 has been great. Super excited that I was able to get one through Best Buy. Pick up was super easy. The box was not in the greatest shape but I count myself lucky to have one. Plus it works fine so who really cares.

The storage amount in this console is terrible. The way you fix it is nonsense. Nothing to si with my Best Buy experience, just the product.

Definitely my pick for the new generation of video games. The UI is gorgeous, games play beautifully, especially on a 120hz OLED screen. If you are able to get your hands on one, and you dig on Sony's games, I would recommend getting one.

The Sony PS5 is a powerhouse that runs any of the new AAA games at 60+ FPS! As all new gaming devices, there are some issues. Maybe hold off for a couple months because I've had a few crashes. In my 16 hours of Demon's Souls, the PS5 has crashed 3 times (where the entire PS5 restarts). In only 10ish hours of Black Ops: Cold War, I have crashed 7 times (same thing). It is a bit annoying, but I am sure this is some minor software issues that will be fixed later; however, if it is anything to do with the hardware, it might be worth it to wait just in case.

So far I haven't had any issues with my PS5. It's ran smooth and downloaded games at lightning speeds compared to my PS4. Only complaint is I wish they added night mode to the main volume controls so I didn't have to purchase a sound bar.
