By far the best buying experience. I had to buy both the ps5 and x box. Best buy had the best online experience. I didn’t have to refresh the browser, once you clicked on it, it held your place until it was time to purchase.

Great console so far! The scalpers do ruin the experience for a lot of people sadly but the day ps5s are more widely available will be a great day especially when scalpers have to sell closer to MSRP or be stuck with them :)

It's a PS5 if you are reading this you likely are having trouble getting one. Best buy at least does their best to keep it as fair as possible. It's a good next gen console if you can get one do it.

Great console with great capabilities out of the box. It wasn’t too hard to get my hand on one of these when Best Buy did their drop. Seems like the scalper market is saturated so these shouldn’t be hard to come by pretty soon.

I acquired this amazing machine after being one of the lucky few to get thru the online check out during a mad mass rush. I hope one day Joshua will also be quick enough to push the 'add to cart burton's so we can play PS5 together.

A huge step up comparing to last generation. Quite and runs cool, very little fan noises. The control is excellent build quality with long battery life. 4K 60fps looks really impressive with HDR on. Very satisfied with the product.

Came earlier than expected. System does have its faults but that’s a Sony problem that has nothing to do with Best Buy. Best Buy did there part and fulfilled my order. Also the way they packaged it assure my system wasn’t damaged

Easy set up and integration with my existing PSN account. Games run and load smoothly and quickly. Downloading digital games to the system is much quicker than the PS4 and allows me to quickly get into new games at will

Best Buy had the best purchase system for the PS5, both I and a family member were able to buy it at best buy, once you chose the store to pick up it gave you a time to wait for checkout, and the console arrived in perfect condition.

The digital version of the PS5 is ok. Theres nothing really different about it from the PS4. I'd rather the disk version. No particular reason, just my preference.

Great graphics as long as you have a 4K display. Wish the unit wasn’t so huge. Hope they will eventually come out with a slim unit

I know It’s still very challenging for anyone to secure a PS5 but I feel as if with all the consistent restocks Best Buy has been able to do this is the best place to purchase one from. Very secure and easy checkout process!

Buy the Disk Edition over the Digital Edition. You can trade and buy used with a disk edition. You can't do that with the digital edition. It will be worth the $100 difference.

AFter a very long and exhausting search, I was FINALLY able to get a PS5!!! So far there are zero issues to report. We have played next-gen (PS5) disk/downloadable games, and PS4 games without issue.

Great system! Love the new controller with adaptive triggers, mic and speaker built in. The play and party features are pretty cool. You and a friend can play different games online together and watch and chat with each other.

I had been trying for weeks to help my cousin get a PS5 for her husband as one of his Christmas presents and I was finally able to purchase one for store pick up during the 12/15 drop! He was so excited and he absolutely loves it.

I love the new PS5. I was fortunate enough to buy one and I’ve had no issues other than a few glitches and crashes but it was to be expected given it being so new. I don’t have any fan noises like some people experience.

Nothing much to say here, it's a playstation console so of course it's gonna be pretty awesome. I haven't had any issues so far and I know for sure it is going to last for a while like its predecessors.

I haven’t used this but I hear it’s great. I sold it just to make a profit. The box is nice and value is great for reselling at the time. Got it on a online drop with Best Buy and it was easy to get.

My favorite console. Love Playstation exclusives and this runs PS4 games so fast and well. The new games are sparse right now but I don’t care because I’m still playing the PS4 games on this with more enjoyment in the meantime.
