Pretty cool upgrade. Get for exclusives, otherwise Xbox series x is more seem less, user friendly, and powerful.

I haven't gotten a PlayStation on launch ever, but since I had everything I needed I decided why wait? So far it's been a pretty good time all around with it, and with more platform makers going for features in the controllers I'd say the future looks pretty bright on possible immersion. Definitely a step up from my ps4 slim, the only real complaints I have are I have no clue how to find the sales on the store on the ps5 itself and the removal of the folders for apps, these can be applied in a UI patch though.

Great game system. Lots of great Sony exclusives (Spider-Man, Ratchet & Clank, Horizon Zero Dawn/Forbidden West, God of War). Love the Dual Sense controllers with the adaptive triggers.

The graphics are out of this world. In rest mode, it drinks so much wifi. I would recommend upgrading to unlimited internet.

Amazing product. I have definitely noticed the faster loading times and reduced download time for games. As more PS5 exclusives come out I can definitely tell this product will be a must have for any gamer out there.

The ps5 is great so far the games are good and will get even better plus you can play ps4 games as well so if you didn’t get a PS4 already your set with just this only problem is the low storage size on the console.

It is a PS5. It is amazing, runs all the older games with ease. There is a lack of Ps5 games still. I am lucky to have gotten one after a long period of hunting. Pickup was on time.

This game console is amazing. Not only does it play crystal clear, the audio is just as clear. I am happy with my console. By the way, I received my console in two days after purchasing it online. Wow! Thanks Best Buy!

Fastest console ever, it is big but it breaths better talking about over heating and all of that, there is no noise at all, games are fantastic and the backwards compatibility is great and the game content is fantastic.

Fantastic product, compatible with PS4 games allowing easy crossover between generations. The set up is easy to do, make sure you keep your old PS4 console to transfer all your games and save data over to the PS5.

So happy to get it from BB store. I picked it up a day earlier and the box were perfectly great condition. It has everything inside the box. No needed to buy disc games just download the games which is better.

great console but no big titles out yet so far it's a ps4 pro that doesn't sound like a jet engine

My son was fortunate enough to get one of the PS5 gaming systems, and he loves it. Had to wait in line online to get it, but it was well worth the wait to see the excitement on his face.

My kids are having a blast! We don't have reliable internet, and so we haven't been able to do all of the updates, but they are still able to enjoy it. It does require some updates at the start, so be aware of that.

Looks good, plays nice, loads fast and crashes a lot! Keep your PS4 for awhile, don't rush it.

I was able to purchase one on pre order day. On the day it was released I immediately took it home and set it up. It's just awesome I am happy with my purchase, so far everything is good I haven't had any issues.

The gameplay is seamless and the homes menu is easy to maneuver. There’s also a great selection of games from PlayStation to play. I’ve been a fan of PlayStation since the beginning and they never cease to amaze me. :)

I know it’s hard for a lot of people who don’t have a ps5. Just be patients and always keep checking on the website and when the system is out check other stores it will be available for you.

Wonderful! Love the graphics they are crisp and clean. The load time is way faster then expected. The only thing i will say i don't like is how big the unit actually is, way bigger compared to the ps3 and ps4.
