My son loves. He was so excited to finally get it. Nice graphics. I love that he can play his PS4 games as well.

Can't wait to get home everyday just to play my PS5!!! I spent 2 months doing everything I could to get one and was finally successful with Best Buy. My pickup experience could not have been easier.

Worth the price. Right now there are limited games but having the system be backwards compatible is amazing! Many games have been upgraded or have faster frames bc of the better tech

Great console. My nephew seems very happy and had no issues with it. We had a PS3 that died a couples months prior to the purchase so hopefully this one will last him a while.

Bought this for my son last year, was such a hard buy since it kept going out of stock after adding it to my cart. He loves it! Nice upgrade from PS4

Ive been a long time sony user , I do not like giving a harsh review on the ps5, but design on the quick screen isnt very user friendly. Imo its frustrating. Coming from the ps4 where it showed who was playing the game you currently are playing has been scattered around so you now have to scroll through your friends list and see who's playing what. The way they flipped the home /quick screen menu is very aggravating. Would be nice if they let you change it the way the ps4 has it. NOW the controller is where most of the frustration comes in at. Weak battery life, uncomfortable to hold and the design is so so. Now my hands don't sweat hardly when using it so that is nice. But my hands get sore from just holding it. Overall im adjusting to the changes they made coming from the ps4. So time will tell, its a large console but is pretty nice layout aside from the things I've mentioned. Also for some reason i have to disconnect my lan cable sometimes to "refresh" the connection.

Even though it took a long time for me to get one the product is great no issues can’t wait for a monitor to come out with 2.1 hdmi so I can take advantage of the full potential of the this ps5

This was excellent for me. They kept me updated and let me know when it would arrive. I had to change the order for my dad to pick up and they were very understandable. A good job on everything.

Great game library, but too bulky. Controller is fun but also a bit huge. Overall worth it.

Xbox Game Pass is the best value on the market for gaming, and unfortunately PS Plus doesn't match up. In the past years, most people preferred Sony consoles because it had more / better exclusives. This used to be the case. At this time neither next gen console really has a decent number of exclusives, (and any Xbox games can be played on PC if we're being technical). My Series X is also WAY more powerful and runs way higher end games way better with better FPS and quality. Unless Sony makes a huge overhaul to compete with Game Pass, or adds a boatload of exclusives, I can't fathom recommending it over an Xbox for this current generation. The only people recommending PS5 over Xbox are those that are blindingly dedicated and not keeping an open mind to view the pros and cons.

Great console of course! I went back to the ps4 and I was already getting irritated of how slow the ps4 was so this is definitely an upgrade well needed! No complaints what’s so ever.

Was lucky enough to get a Preorder in. Took 2 computers and 2 phones all at the same time but was worth it. Not many games out at the moment but can't wait for what's ahead. Be patient you'll get yours.

I honestly didn't think the jump from the PS4 Pro to the PS5 would be that big of a deal but I was definitely wrong. It's stunning. Words don't describe it. If you're a gamer this is a must have.

It works as expected. 4K HDR looks really nice and while some games have bugs once in a while, lots of good features. Great improvements on PS4 games and lots more PS 5 games coming soon.

After I was able to purchase the console online everything went smooth. I went to store, they scanned my phone and handed me the game. Was there for 10 minutes and me and my kids are pleased.

If you can get your hand on one, you can understand this system has a whole bunch of exclusives that make the price worth it. Love mine and hopefully everyone can get their own.

Huge step up from the Playstation 4. Frame rate is awesome. Going with digital negates the need for physical media which is nice. No more stacks of game boxes!

Awesome! Works just as expected - Got the DISC version to watch 4k movies. Deff a nice upgrade - Worth the price difference just for the movies as disc plays much better quality.

The ps5 is amazing hit is said it will come with 825 gb and it came with 600 and I’m really disappointed in that
