Purchased 5 PS5s. One for each of my sons, my nephew and my husband. I thought it was going to be at least after the first of the year but I was able to get them all before X-Mas.

I able to purchase my PS5 around 2 weeks ago but I wasn't able to go pick it up until almost a week later but so far I've had it for a week and it is truly a Next Gen Gaming experience.

PlayStation is where all the exclusive games are at, and in proud I finally picked this item. Looks well on the gaming desk, and runs everything ver well.

Awesome console. Menus and games run so smooth. Of the games I've played, I notice there's almost no load times. Also backwards compatible with most PS4 games.

PS5 is a great buy. A lot of fun games, reads everything fast,plays blu ray and DVDs really well. Only thing you shouldn't do is put it in sleep mode. Everything else about it is great.

Nice everything you can ask for, could use some minor improvements but those would just be personal preference like with creating a party and stuff with the UI at the home button mostly

The only issue I did identify is with the joystick, the drift did trouble me at bit. After troubleshooting a bit able to quickly resolve. Otherwise a worthy upgrade from PS4.

It's awesome. The visuals are fantastic and I can only imagine they will be getting better and better. The controller is also very cool, really helps bring the games to life!

I hate the design but it’s a great console overall. I don’t play mines much right now because I’m waiting for some better exclusives to hit the console.

Love this thing! It was very difficult to obtain but once I did I picked iT up and they gave me great customer service! I haven’t had any issues with it and it runs amazing!

Loved everything about it could be smaller like the ps4 pro would love that takes up a little to much room

By far the best console I have ever played. With all the pre-ordering for different stores and being unsuccessful, Best Buy gave people a better opportunity to grab a next gen console!!

Luckily I was able to purchase online with ease on 11/22/20 for my husband! The drop came around 5 am and I was able to do curbside. Of course he’s extremely happy with the purchase!

So happy to finally get one. Online system worked great and curbside pickup took just a few moments. Great experience. My son will be happy with Santa this year!

I love it... I have been looking for this for more than a year amd to be lucky enough to purchase one from Best Buy was right up my Alley.....

Amazing system. The only thing I don't like about it was the packaging. They went super cheap on the packaging and unboxing it was very lame. Come on Sony....

The item is really great it has a little bit of overheating but it’s fine but the fan in the system really Help the uploading time is very quick and just thought of time super fast

The PS5 digital comes exactly as advertised. Packing had no flaws and the curbside pick up was very easy and efficient. Would 100% recommend buying from Best Buy if possible.

Fanastic console to play an entire new generation of games with. Works excellently with my 4k tv and even plays older ps4 games in higher fidelity.A definite steal at only $400!
