There's nothing like opening up and setting up a new console. More exclusives at launch than Xbox made it an easy choice. Great purchase.

After almost 2 months of use, it’s a solid machine that came with a few bugs at first but have since been fixed with some updates. Still as work in progress and I’m sure will change in the coming months and years. Only had a few issues of freezing, but nothing crazy. Games and controllers features have been great so far and look to see what developers can do with the hardware next year. No need to rush and buy it.

Other than not enjoying Sony's UI I'm very glad to now have both next Gen consoles. The first party exclusives from Sony are just too good to skip.

Great ps5 and affordable since it doesn’t have a disk drive. The online services have improved so going digital isn’t too bad

Love this product and it came on time. Purchased a PS4 here now a PS5. Best Buy is my go to for games. Also great customer service at the store for pickup.

Just what I was expecting, great graphics and quality games. Although very hard to get here to the demand of the product. Still worth it!

This a great system and bestbuy has been the beat place to actually get ahold of one, hard drive could be bigger for sure but it does what it advertises.

Pretty sick system. The ability to run PS4 games at higher frame rates is very nice. There needs to be more quality PS5 content soon though as it is lacking.

Amazing purchase and fast pickup. When I ordered on the 22nd it was ready the same day even though it said it will be ready on the 27th. Excited to play on this console.
