I absolutely love my PS5! It's a huge upgrade from the PS4. I would highly recommend anyone to upgrade to the PS5 you will not be disappointed!

I believe the product is well thought out and great however in order to fully use all of the features you have to get another tv that costs around $1000 which to be quite frank no one has in a time like this as well as why would you want to when you just paid $400 for the console. You should be able to use your Monitor that has the capability to run 120hz and it should work.

If you can get it for MSRP, the ps5 digital is an insanely good value for the money.

Worth the upgrade for sure, only con is you can kind of hear the cheap plastic edges vibrating when the disks are spinning

It’s a good console. But 825 is not a lot of space. Finishes up too quick.

Pretty good console, really like it, have both the series x and this and the exclusives really beat out the Xbox, at least for now.

I was one of the lucky ones to get their hands on a PS5 and Xbox series X, Best Buy's handling of the distributionof these consoles was been far superior than other retailes.. As good as the graphics are, the Xbox series X is worlds better. If you have a chance for either Xbox or PS5, I recommend the XsX.

Had to wait a few months to find this in stock but it was worth the wait. This was a late Xmas gift for my grandson. He’s happy with the gift!

Beautiful execution by Sony here. Wonderful console overall though I recommend a spare controller due to the battery dying fast and charging slow.

Waited ten months to buy this thing and was totally worth the wait. Pair it with a an OLED tv and you will be in gaming heaven.

If youre still trying to get one and you dont have an 8K TV, save yourself money and aggravation and get a PS4 Pro. We do couch co-op but hate split screening, so we have both the 5 and 4Pro set up on Sony 55" TVs side by side. There is very minimal discernable visual difference between games on the 2 consoles. I miss the ability to create game folders on the home screen on the 5. I do like the 5's controller ergonomics better. Glad we got one but not blown away like youd expect to be given the hype and price.

Online buying option was straight forward and easy, pick up was a breeze and was in and out with in 5 mins. PlayStation 5!!!!!!!

Although the PS5 is very hard to obtain now, they made it very easy and painless to purchase and adjust pickup dates, locations, and persons.

Didn't have to wait long for my pick-up. Everyone in line was at least 6 ft apart. There were no parking spots, so I just went to stand in line.

Arrived on Time, preorder was a bit difficult which was consistent with every other retailer, so can’t fault BBY for that. Happy with the product.
