My son was so excited to open this on Christmas day. It was easy to set up and easy to transfer stuff from his PS4 to it

Finally got my hands on one. Took a while. Love the quality build and graphics are unreal.

We hpurchased this in 2023 and we have had so many issues just after its one year warranty ended. It would stop connecting to WiFi on and off, only thing to fix it was to shut it off and let it sit for either hours or a few days before it would start connecting to the internet again. (Would just say failed to connect, we tried all the troubleshooting recommendations nothing ever worked but letting it sit shut off for a while) and now it just completley stopped working and is power surging from the back and we are afraid to turn it on. It’s always been in a well circulated place and my boyfriend has always made sure dust never collected on the inside. This is our 3rd PS5 and we have had nothing but issues with it and of course after the 1 year warranty is ka-put. PlayStation doesn’t want to do anything to help but charge us an arm and a leg to look at it. Might as well buy a new one. The controllers all suck too. I’ve been though about 5 controllers and everyone got stick drift after a month of use or the headset jack stopped working

Xbox what? This is one of the best systems I have ever owned, fast load speeds, great graphics definitely a must!

I absolutely LOVE it but the internal storage capacity for ps5 games is a bit crap. Consider purchasing a SSD

Waited a long time, before I ultimately broke down and purchased this console. Absolutely amazing graphics, love the ease of setup, use and UI!! Great gaming experience and I’m so happy that I made the decision to hold out for the model with the blu-ray player/drive so, I can play both digital and physical versions of the games.

This is the best Playstation yet! I have had every make of the Playstation since the first one came out in the 1990's. The graphics are beautiful, and the new controller is even a better improvement over the PS4's excellent upgraded controller. I am looking forward to spending many hours playing God of War on this system.
