I do you a complaint one of my games they took the internet capabilities away so no more online and all the extras I bought for the game are lost. I called Sony which wasn’t exactly easy getting in touch with them they told me I agreed before I installed game that this could happen and there was nothing they could do for me. So a $30.00 game and probably $50.00 worth of extras down the drain. The PS5 itself is a nice system but be careful what you agree to when installing games.
