The Sony PlayStation 5 God of War Ragnarök Console Bundle is nothing short of phenomenal. From the moment the console powers on, it’s clear this system represents the pinnacle of modern gaming. The PS5’s lightning-fast SSD delivers near-instant load times, seamless transitions, and an incredibly smooth experience that truly feels next-gen. God of War Ragnarök is the perfect showcase title for this console. The visuals are breathtaking, with stunning detail, fluid animations, and immersive environments that make every realm feel alive. The DualSense controller elevates gameplay even further adaptive triggers and haptic feedback add an unmatched level of immersion, making combat and exploration feel incredibly dynamic and responsive. Beyond the game itself, the PS5’s sleek white design looks great in any setup, and its whisper-quiet performance keeps the focus where it belongs: on the experience. Whether you’re a longtime PlayStation fan or stepping into the ecosystem for the first time, this bundle offers exceptional value and unforgettable gameplay right out of the box. This is more than just a console it’s a complete, next-generation gaming experience. A must-have for any gamer.

While getting a PS5 was tough, it was beyond worth it. Coming from a PS4 Pro, the graphical improvements are impressive. But the most striking thing about the system is the speed. Load times in most games are so brief that you won’t even have time to read and send a text message, and that’s not an exaggeration. It is a MAJOR improvement I was expecting, but it hasn’t been a problem, and the feature set makes it worthwhile. Play the included “Astro’s Playroom” game for a fun and engaging tech demo of everything that controller can do. The two biggest gripes I have are the UI and the out of the box storage capacity. The UI is so busy it’s just obnoxious. Turning off the PS4 was very easy from the controller, even when I wasn’t looking at the screen. But on the PS5, you have to use a quick menu by pressing the PS button, and the power options on this menu are in a less intuitive location. They also waste real estate with a media tab that I, like many others, will never use. The storage is far and away the worst part. The 825 GB SSD is only 667.2 GB after formatting with the OS installed, and this is simply not enough given the size of PS5 games, which will only increase over time. PS5 games also can only be stored on an external HDD - not played, so you have to swap games out if you wish to use an external drive. However, you can store and play PS4 games this way, which is nice. And you can set PS4 games automatically install on the external drive with an available option if you choose. Thankfully, Sony added an easily accessible storage upgrade slot to add additional capacity to the system, though the compatible drives remain quite expensive, but I do appreciate having the option, and not having to replace the existing drive, but instead adding an additional one. This means even adding a 1 TB drive will more than double the 667.2 GB out of the box. Other than these gripes, the system is amazing. The exclusive titles are great, the upgrades and improvements on PS4 games are wonderful, and it’s a quiet and solid system. Overall, I find it leagues better than I ever found the PS4 Pro to be. Highly recommended.

Gamed on xbox series x for a few months, and I can assure you ps5 is wayyyyyy better. It just plays better, smoother, less lag. Playstation always seemed to have an edge on xbox, and nothing has changed in that realm. Looks amazing on my Sony TV. Makes the xbox look like its possibly just 1080 res. Noticeable difference. OH and the controller for ps5 is next level. When playing COD the triggers feel like gun triggers, they got some motors or something in them, super cool.

If you're like me and waited patiently for stock and availability. Well they're here out on the wild and totally worth it. Graphics on a OLED LG C2 are amazing. I could go full nerd but won't. The PS5 does all the talking for me. I definitely don't like how huge this thing is and to me it looks warped lol, just me being nit-picky. Now the dualsense battery is a issue and I highly suggest picking up a spare controller for those long game sessions because you're going to need it.

I love this console! Let me start this review off by say that I am a lifelong Xbox fan, and proud of it. I have owned every generation of Xbox over the years, including the Series X, but I’ve always been curious about what the other side of gaming was like… to cut a long story short I was one of the lucky few to have an opportunity to get a new PlayStation 5 directly from PlayStation’s website, so I took this opportunity as a sign that it’s finally time to try a Sony product for the first time since the PS1. I LOVE the PS5. It is such a different experience than what I’ve been accustomed to from Microsoft, the level of involvement you feel on this system is unparalleled. Astro’s playroom does a good job of showing the true capability of the PS5. The design is awesome too, although it is admittedly a HUGE console. You think the Series X is big? This is at least a quarter size taller. I do have some “gripes” towards the PS5, the biggest one being the available amount of SSD storage straight from the factory. It’s advertised as 825 GB (which is already lacking) but useable storage actually sits around 667 GB. The Series X advertises 1 TB of storage, with about 802 GB available. While this really just isn’t enough storage for hardcore gamers long term, Microsoft has a bit of an edge over Sony. I will say that Sony’s overall user interface seems to be more cohesive compared to Xbox’s though. Xbox can often feel like navigating a maze at the Home Screen where PlayStation is pretty simple. Both consoles run very fast and smoothly, to the point where I don’t really notice a difference in gameplay between the two. I don’t regret my decision to buy a PS5, and I’m looking forward to enjoying it for years to come! It’s a good time to be a gamer

The PS5 is an impressive gaming console that delivers stunning visuals and immersive gameplay experiences. The powerful hardware allows for lightning-fast load times and smooth performance, while the DualSense controller adds a new level of tactile feedback to games. With a growing library of titles and exclusive games, the PS5 is a worthy investment for any serious gamer. and recommend you to purchase an additional controller.

I purchased this because I haven’t owned a PlayStation in years. First, the gaming experience is fantastic. The video quality it quite good, I am on the fence on the controller design but I do like Sony still included the internal battery. Game play is much better than the last PS system I owned of course. The expansion slot for added storage is easy to access. I was lucky and purchased a hard drive for $200 rather than the usual 300+. Now the negatives. This thing is HUGE!, We all know the next version will be half the size just like Sony always does. For the cost this thing doesn’t have enough storage out of the box. I have heard of an overheating issue but I have experienced this. In my opinion, the value for the features offered are nowhere near as good as the Xbox X (Yes I own both). Is this worth the money, probably not but I am glad I made the purchase. I would recommend if you own anything older than the PS4. I gave for stars due to cost and lack of features compared to the competition.

I must say that the PS5 is an exceptional gaming console. The hardware capabilities are impressive, delivering stunning graphics and smooth gameplay. The 4K resolution and high frame rates make gaming experiences incredibly immersive and enjoyable. The DualSense controller is a standout feature of the PS5. The haptic feedback and adaptive triggers add a new level of realism to games, making each action feel more responsive and engaging. The controller's ergonomic design also ensures comfortable gameplay for extended periods. The selection of games available for the PS5 is fantastic, with a mix of exclusive titles and popular third-party games. The load times are significantly reduced, thanks to the SSD storage, enhancing the overall gaming experience and keeping players immersed in the action. The backwards compatibility feature allowing for a vast library of PS4 games to be played on the PS5 is highly appreciated. It ensures that I can continue to enjoy my existing game collection and even experience some of my favorites with improved performance on the new console. The user interface is clean, intuitive, and easy to navigate, making it straightforward to access games, settings, and multimedia content. The inclusion of various entertainment apps and the ability to stream media add to the console's versatility.

I’ve had this beautiful system for about 6 months now and I don’t regret buying it. The performance compared to my ancient ps4 (I had one of the earliest versions of the ps4) has made this worth owning. I’d definitely recommend this to anyone that spends a fair amount of time gaming. It’s been nice not to have a jet engine sound in my room or what sounds like my ps4 was trying to fly away (I’m sure a lot of you will understand what I mean). The controller has shifted to a more Xbox controller feel. I also have an Xbox and have always preferred their controllers over the PlayStation ones so this was a win for myself. Overall, it’s been an awesome and much needed upgrade for myself. I love technology! Side note: This is a big purchase. Convenience and performance aside, if I was on a stricter budget, was a more casual gamer, or was getting this for a young child I’d probably have stuck with my ps4. Don’t get me wrong, this is sweet, but spending 500-800ish if you’re playing mostly older games or using your console as a streaming device mainly is probably not something I’d suggest. A ps4 is good enough for these tasks. Now, if you want a shiny new toy and have been waiting to splurge or have decided to treat yourself or someone you care about then I only have one thing to say to you, go for it!

I've been waiting for Best Buy to have enough supply for an online order for two years. I've been using a PS4 Pro for many years now and the upgrade to PS5 has been enjoyable. To be honest, its really big, I recommend buying more memory (optional upgrade) since these games are huge, but the new controller and God of War Ragnarok are worth the upgrade. This game is good and worth the bundle.

And maybe not in only great ways. I can remember growing up. I had unlimited time to just do what I wanted because my mom and dad did everything for me. We had a NES, then a SNES, then a TG-16, then a Playstation (we skipped some generations), then a PS2. Then I got married, had kids, got a job and years went by. Then my kids got old enough to play on something as advanced as a PS5. So "they" got it for Christmas. It was also for me, ok? Santa was good and evidently, so was I. I've spent way too many hours playing on this thing and it truly brought me back to being a kid and exploring worlds, occasionally throwing the controller across the room when the "game glitched", amiright? It is amazing on a 120Hz OLED. The way it's meant to be played. But it looks so good on other sets also. It's seriously the most amazing system since the PS2 for me. Well done, Sony. Glad I could finally get my hands on one. All I had to do was let my kids ask Santa and it happened. Dreams do come true.

It has great exclusives, a cool controller and it's mostly great. It's very offline friendly. I've gone weeks without connecting to the internet and it's never given me problems. I did find some downsides: The UI is finicky. Moving files takes over the whole system, you can't do anything else until they're done, sometimes it can take hour(s) If you use an HDD for backup, prepare for the PS5 to occasionally not recognize it. I've had to do a complete reset more times than I'd care to mention. It gets really hot, don't put it in an enclosed shelf, also It's huge and won't fit everywhere. It's a pretty cool system overall. I still prefer Xbox and will just keep this parked for the odd exclusive title.

The PS5 is everything I hoped for in a next-gen console and more. From the moment I turned it on, the speed and performance blew me away. Load times are practically non-existent thanks to the lightning-fast SSD, and the graphics are absolutely stunning—games like Demon’s Souls and Spider-Man: Miles Morales truly show what this system is capable of. The new DualSense controller is a game-changer. The adaptive triggers and haptic feedback add a new level of immersion I didn’t even know I was missing. Whether it’s feeling the tension of a bowstring or the vibration of footsteps on different surfaces, it just feels more real. The user interface is clean and intuitive, and I love how easy it is to jump into a game or check trophies and friends’ activities. Backward compatibility with PS4 games is also a huge plus, and they often run better on the PS5. All in all, the PS5 delivers a premium gaming experience that’s well worth the investment. Sony really knocked it out of the park with this one.

First off, let’s talk about speed. This thing is FAST. Games load in a blink, and there’s no time wasted staring at loading screens. It’s all play, no wait. It’s like going from a bike to a sports car in the gaming world. Now, the graphics? Mind-blowing. Seriously, it’s like stepping into another dimension. Whether you’re cruising through a futuristic city or exploring lush jungles, everything is so detailed and lifelike. It’s not just playing a game; it’s living it. But what’s even cooler is how immersive the whole experience is. With the new controller’s feedback and the incredible sound, it’s like you’re right in the middle of the action. It’s not just gaming; it’s an experience. So, if you’re all about speed and jaw-dropping visuals, the PlayStation 5 is your ticket to the next level of gaming. It’s not just a console; it’s a whole new world to explore, one beautiful, fast-paced adventure at a time. Get ready to be amazed!

This package bundle deal is a steal for the best experience. Getting the starter pack of a life time. The latest visual effects and epic worlds of games that one can get lost in. I do suggest with any over worked machines. It would be best to get the aftermarket gear to keep it cool and cleaned for the best output it offers. Also if the storage is to small for all the games to come. There is storage upgrades you can insert. External and internal. Please make sure to get a highly knowledgeable person to help be ruining this system for no reason. This console is awesome with the latest version. With a working disk drive to watch DVD movies to playing disk games. Definitely a must have to those that want everything and more. There is hidden features for those that want to stream their progress with out the extra hardware. Links easily with streaming apps and more.
