Its good. Like, really good. Better than ps4 good.

PlayStation stopped working properly after about a month now refuses to turn on and if It does turn on it will still just randomly turn off on its own

Only complaint is that I've had it for less than a month and the headphone jack in the controller is so loose i can shake it and the headphones with come out. Hardly best buys fault though.

The price was way to high for what came with the system. There’s only one usb in the front so you have to make the choice of having your controller there or your headphones. There’s no one click power off. On click will put it into sleep mode. The fact that it need a stand to be upright is crazy. If your playing in a small room it will heat up the area pretty fast. It says it’s 8k but if you want a chance at seeing that 8k your going to have to buy a 8k tv. And those are pricey. 4K and 1080p looks the same as a PlayStation 3 would. So in all the lack of ports in the front and the lack of easy off and for the crazy price of the system this gets 1 star. With no known points earned for the purchase at Best Buy. I don’t know if it’s the game or the system. But we have had problems playing grand theft auto 5 on this. Lots of glitches playing that game. But that’s for another review. The controller has some weight to it. So it’s a small inconvenience. This does not support backwards compatibility unless your trying to use ps4. In which case some games will work and some game will have free upgrades to ps5 games. Ps3 is not compatible. At this price I would say wait out for a reasonable deal. You can’t even see that 8k without a 8k tv. So your not missing much. Basically a PS4 without the 8k tv.

The PS5 is great and the exclusive games are awesome. The one thing I don’t like is the controller. I do not find it comfortable at all to the point that I ended up returning the ps5.

I liked that my son was very happy. He had been wanting a PlayStation 5 for awhile. We had been looking and the associates at our Best buy store were very nice and helpful.

Pricey and the game should not be charged in the bundle. PS5 are hard to find already let alone paying extra for a bundle that cost extra...and the game is just a code...

With the deleted option of the webbrouser and the touch style keyboard on the controller being deleted. The only only upgraded option with this unit is the price

Such a disappointment, hasn't worked properly since it was, purchased, constantly crashes. My son, not wanting to complain about his holiday gift, contacted support numerous times, bought two different versions of FIFA and just generally did battle with the PS trying to get it working. When I finally realized what was going on I also discovered we missed the return date by a couple of days. Sending it to Sony for repairs but so bummed.

I dislike that i was trying to purchase this item from a different store where i could have traded in a PS4 I have, but other than that, i cant really complain.

The game and everything is okay but the god of war is a digital copy which is kind of disappointing, apart from that everything else is perfect

Bought the console and have two games so far. I am enjoying the game play and also being able to access other things for my tv via the console.

Great system, stand is a a bit annoying and would be nice to have something locking into place for it

This item had a defect, it overheat when trying to set it up

I think others should no that this game is junk it over heats and powers off.

Its a good system, the user interface takes a little getting use 2 but its good overall

It sucks because youre forced to get the combo and the game is digital, ie no physical disc. But its a PS5. Not much to say.

PS5 fan is pretty loud under a workload. Also the included game should come in physical disc format, not a redemption code.

Silent but ssd storge is small it says 820 gb but in the apps it says 690gb . Also love the god of war that comes with it

It stopped working, it won't power on, I bought the new PS5 Pro, it felt like a waste of money.
