I hate that I can’t lower my tv volume once this it turned on every week update this update that and why can’t I turn the controller off

While this was not the fault of Best Buy, the PlayStation five was disappointing. When we were setting up the system, we were able to connect to the Internet, but it would not allow us to sign in to PlayStation plus account. We tried several options that we found online but none of them worked. We brought the system into geek squad. They took a look at it, but they were not able to resolve the problem. However, they did accommodate us to do an exchange as soon as a new system came in.

It doesn’t include any password or registration number for the game…just ps5…and no costumer support…don’t buy it from best buy…

The box was was missing the digital game code and they couldn’t send me a digital code so I had to return it

Garbage was really glitchy for the two months later it’s dead. Very little dust but such a short life worse than the red ring was.

One year warranty doesn’t mean anything. If you don’t have geek squad they won’t repair

All games are still available on ps4 , n heating issues aa well

Disc reader didn’t work after 2 days and had to send it in to get fixed

We’ve had a great experience with the PlayStation 5 so far. It runs smoothly, loads games quickly, and we haven’t had any technical issues at all. The graphics are impressive and overall performance has been excellent. The only downside is that it does get pretty hot during extended play. Because of that, I would definitely recommend buying an additional cooling fan or stand to help keep the unit from overheating. Overall, it’s a powerful system and we’re very happy with it — just make sure you have good ventilation or a cooling accessory to keep it running at its best.

Dnt know if its a network problem but it freezes and i have to shut it down at least once a night

Good product overpriced by everyone. Plan on buying an m.2 ssd adding to that cost due to limited size built in ssd.

The console is great but there was no game voucher included and the only option I was given was to return it which will do no good since they are sold out. Check the box before you leave the parking lot. Thought I was saving money with a bundle but in the end I paid $60 over MSRP for a console. I changed my rating to 2 stars because they issued me a 10% refund. So now I only over paid by $15

It broke the third day we had it and we had to return and no others in stock. Very disappointing

I WAITED SO LONG, TO GET THE PS5 AND ONE WEEK AFTER I GET ONE, THE PRICE DROPS. SMH!!
