Worst purchase ever. Don't recommend anyone else buying

Great price, great graphics. Does not overheat. And everything listed came inside the box

I bought my ps5 about a week ago it was defective and there is nothing theyll do to fix it other than give me my money back.

I may as well have purchased a block of cement and tried to hook it up to my television. The set up was a nightmare. The console kept freezing. The controllers were non responsive. I turned the console off several times, reset it several times, and still, it kept freezing. What an expensive piece of junk. I took this back the next day after purchase. I will NEVER buy a playstation again.

The console is great although the bundle did not come with the game voucher.

Playstation has upped their game a bit more with the PS5 in some ways, and in others i feel failed. Game play with expanded function controllers are a a good addition to the platform, the storage aspect however, is severely lacking, and still does not compare to a well built PC system. Having to use an external HDD is a bit of a pain. Plus the fact that you have to download yoyr ps4 retro games to the external. Graphics seemed to have improved, but still outdone by PC once again.

There was no game included in the box. I wanted to get an exchange, but I was told that they didn't have any more consoles in stock. I'm considering returning it since it was not as advertised. I'm very disappointed considering how long it took to get one in the first place.

Was a Christmas gift. In process of the installment/setting it freeze several times. Couldn’t even to finish installation. Returned.

Controller design is sleek ... smaller buttons. Easier to hit what you want. + Share, Options and PS buttons have a profile. No more groping for them. (Hate the flush PS4 buttons.) + The on-screen keyboard is greatly improved. Much easier & faster. + And finally ... the graphics. *chef's kiss* It's like I have a new TV. Not exaggerating. Vibrant & crisp. I wasn't prepared for how beautiful games look. Didn't touch TV settings. Just plugged in the PS5 and voila! Games that I always had trouble with reading text are a thing of the past. Everything on screen is crystal clear.

After 10 days, took me to the safe mood!! Refused software updates or Reinstall the software! Iam trying to replace it.

Growing up during the rise and fall of early gaming (the crash of 1985) I can assure you that I have more than enough experience with gaming. A console generation is approx 5-7 years depending on the advancement of tech and the manufacturer…this console is actually around 10 generations removed from those bygone days of 8 bit graphics, CRT televisions and listening to music recorded onto magnetic tape. This system like it’s predecessors is reliable, powerful and sets the bar back to what it means to be a console…for the last few years the console industry lost its way and just continued to pump out mediocre products…not anymore. This is a return to form for Sony and it’s flagship line…and as a older collector now with 35+ systems expanding over 5500+ physical games this is a return to home for me and a welcome addition to my collection. If you feel as I do then I suggest getting the physical disc copy of this system as there are benefits to this as we March ever forward into the downloadable content/cloud based phase of gaming (for various reasons this is a negative in the community and is covered quite well). If you are looking for a reliable next gen console with amazing support, amazing exclusives and one that is backed and built by a quality process (looking at you Microsoft as this is not the case) then do yourself a favor if you can…pick it up and grab a game that interests you…you will not regret the decision.

Ok not to happy with Sony with the digital card for the game that supposed to included. So also not happy with Bestbuy and Sony for not getting this handled yet .

Came defective. Best Buy couldn’t replace it. Also never came with game. Very disappointed in the way this was handled by Best Buy. Device is now in hands of Sony.

I love the look of the ps5, not to mention the controller feels amazing and graphics are amazing to.

Xmas Gift. Hasn’t been used yet. Don’t like the idea of having to do more work to get bonus points. Might make me start shopping around from now on.
