This was a hard item to get, but Best Buy made it super easy and it was ready for Christmas. Although we've only had it for a short time, it's been incredible.

Works wonderfully, major upgrade from the PS4. Upgraded for the horizon forbidden west DLC and stayed for everything else, worth it

The console was hard to get because they were always sold out, and I can see why. It’s great, my husband is back to playing his video games, which I’ve been trying to get him to do because he rarely takes down time. He even plays against one of his oldest friends online and they never have communication issues and they are states away from each other. My three year old finds her way to the controller too. Does she not what she’s doing no, but does she have fun, yes. It’s a great upgrade in this household!

It's a PS5, it's already awesome! The game it comes with and the console are both great.

I had been trying to find a PS5 for a couple weeks and truly never thought of Best Buy. This order has impressed me though. I actually cancelled an Amazon order just to order this console. It was shipped to me within a week at no extra cost and I was notified by Best Buy via email for each step along the way. It was in perfect condition and it works flawlessly. I've owned every playstation over the years, but this one blew me away. Had to get the disc version to be able to play all of my PS4 games as well. It did not disappoint. Highly recommended!

Been an Xbox fan for years. Swore I’d never get a PlayStation but here I am. The build feels kind of cheaper. Not terrible but not the best. It’s huge too. Also wish there were rubber grips for setting it on its side. Controller is a vast improvement from previous generations. Overall a good console. Just wish the build felt a little more solid and not as cheap.

Got it on release day, and it's awesome. Quiet, looks great, Performance is great and God Of War Ragnarok is one of the best games I've ever played.

Love it! Have been putting off replacing my PS4, and i am so glad i finally took the jump. Graphics are great, and it is so fast.

At my time of purchase I was exhausted with trying to find a store,any store that had it in stock as usual Best Buy’s customer service representative went above and beyond their job requirements in locating what I needed and ensured the store had my item in stock by having the rep on the other end of the phone go locate the item,create an invoice and then email it to me to purchase it right then and there as they remained on the line until my transaction was completed.Great job once again Best Buy
