When I tried to buy the console online, I was having problems with the website, so I gave up. A couple of days later, I went to the store to get my laptop fixed, I told a clerk at the Customer Service area what had happened and she ordered it for me. The best part was that the PS5 arrived about 3 or 4 days earlier than expected. I set it up on Saturday, January 21st, the following day after picking it up and I have not had any problems ever since. Maybe it's because I still don't have a 4K TV yet.

Great for 4K movies. Controller is excellent. It's a ps5. You know what you're getting. Just upgrade the storage.

Not only did all my PS4 transfer over and I was able to play my old games the new system is fast and beautiful.

The PS5 is a powerful console offering a sublime current-gen gaming experience. Its library of exclusive games makes fantastic use of the DualSense controller, 3D Audio, and the console's lightning-fast SSD. It might be too big for some setups, though, and a handful of issues hold it back from perfection.

Great games and the quickest way to jump into a game without having to deal with the dozen updates waiting for me each time I game on my PC. Although PC is great, there's nothing better than sitting back on my couch and playing on a large 4K HDR OLED display. This more than makes up for the slightly lower quality graphics in my opinion. I highly recommend picking up at least a 2TB SSD if you plan on purchasing digital content as the ~600GB can fill up pretty quickly, especially with large games such as Call of Duty.

What can I say, this Sony ps5 system is awesome! Wanted to get one since release but never got around to getting one because it was aways sold out! Two years later since release, I go into my best buy store to return another item and seen the system behind the counter!! Made a spontaneous purchase with no regrets! I'm glad that I got this bundle package because the last GoW I played was back on ps3 and I had fun with playing it...this game was fantastic and beat it in a month since having ps5.

Honestly, it's no surprise when making a purchase from best buy that everything is well above expectations. Best buy has been around and one of the best electronic service companies period. and I'm not just saying this because they've been around for so long. I go to best buy for everything electronic I need. even bought every piece of hardware for my PC from them. It works fantastically and I highly recommend this product for anyone of any age.

The graphics are better than PlayStation 4, much faster and not as lag time. Can play some of the PlayStation 4 games on it.

Thank you best buy for being so amazing with the handling of this device. I like how safe I feel each time I make a transaction over 300 dollars at best buy. It seems like associates know what they are doing and handle it well. As for the ps5 system itself, it is very nice and a premium feeling gaming console. I wish it had a lot more storage and the controller charged with a type c to type c cable instead. My only other issue is the price of the online.
