PS5 is awesome. Best Buy had them when they were hard to get. They alerted me just as they said they would and I was able to buy it right away.

Mt new step son absolutely loves this game console. Not just the graphics! Has enabled him to play and communicate with his family over seas!

Do yourself a favor and buy the additional SSD HeatSink (2tb) and install it beforehand. It only takes a few minutes and gives you a lot more space for games, movies or whatever. Ive owned every PS that has came out. This 1 stays in line with what you expect from Sony. There was some issues with heat when vertically stored with 1st batch but i personally haven't had any negative issues.

I bought this for my son for Christmas. He was extremely shocked and happy. He loves it. It works great and was available to pick up in store on the day they said it would be when I bought it.

Excellent choice to gift a family member which in my case my brother-in-law. He can now add this to his collection; he's really big in God of War so this is perfect!

Amazing product, I’ve been waiting for a ps5 since they came out, great graphics, love the controllers so much better then the Xbox ones they are not cheaply made, would recommend this to anyone.

Some are stuck in their ps4s for good reason, its amazing. However, the upgrades in the Ps5 and the games done only for this generation are truly something else.

Made cheaply.... For the amount of money you pay for this thing, it is ridiculous how easy it breaks. The thing is PURE cheap plastic, beware the white part pops right off if it even tips over, mine just broke. Sent it to PlayStation to get fixed, now the back part the HDMI part is loose. For how much you pay, this is insane. The ps4 was made right, this is made to break and rebuy. The video quality is great though :) ! If this is being bought for teens or young children, make sure to put this thing laying flat, on something where it cant fall or tip over. Just beware and be cautious. To be fair I would rebuy again

Playstation packaging was perfect and the unit itself was in percect comdition. I’ve had no issues since my purchase and would recommend purchasing thru Best Buy everytime.

It took me 3 years to get this for my hubby. When he opened it for Christmas he was a very happy man. Now when he gets home from work he’s on it until bedtime so it must be a very good purchase.

System is everything I expected it to be. Battery on the controllers seem to die faster than on other older generation. Just make sure you have a second one as a backup !

An amazing console. My only criticism is that some DVDs and Blu-rays won't play on it. I don't know why but this is my experience.

Suprisingly, tight before Christmas, it was available. The receiver says it runs smoother than the PS4. I really appreciate the extra process for check out. I guess it really kept the bots out.

Product is great. Easy setup. Games, disc player and apps run smoothly. The bundle of a game helps as havent played a Playstation game in years, and help finalize a purchase.

I bought this for a friend. He loves it and enjoys playing alot. The functions are easy and the graphics are amazing. The games that are out there are growing every month.

Amazing graphics, loading times are so fast… truly unreal. I finally caved and got a PS5. I’m definitely happy that the game selection is much more robust. Now’s the time!
