The best console purchase I ever made! The PlayStation 5 looks fantastic especially on a nice TV. I love how it can play my PS4 games too!

Absolutely easy process to pick up with Best Buy in store pick up option. The empolyee who assisted was friendly and ablw to get me out quickly. As for the PS5 perfect as well no issues.

Great Console! Don't know why these were so hard to buy nowadays. The whole "resell" mentality baffles me. I miss the NES days of the 80's.

The system is fast and offers fantastic graphics the remote is very comfortable and I really enjoy playing on this system

I love my ps5 but its been crashing alot recently, i dont know whats going on. Also the controller stopped after a couple uses, good thing i got the warranty for it.

It's a great console. Far more quite than the PS4 but it feels bigger than the PS4. Complaint: It's overpriced.

It was more faster and convenient to order online and pay online. And the pick up was easy as well staff was very helpful and friendly and very respectful.

Better quality for the ps4. We have been waiting since the ps5 came out to purchase and just hadn’t been able to get our hands on one until this Black Friday add was available. The game is a great bonus.

My stepson LOVEs this system, and the God of War Game. He claims that the graphics are "sick", and that he "feels like he is controlling a movie!" I'd say it was a successful X-Mas present purchase :)
