Bought a "open box excellent". Item came poorly packed, missing the god of War card, manuals etc...100% used not in excellent condition. Called and chatted customer support both said oh well. Best buy definitely lost my business

Sony should be required to pay out every single customer the price at full retail for selling faulty controllers that they had fore knowledge of upon selling this product. Class action lawsuit anyone?

I've been using the PS5 Digital Edition for a few months, and it's been fantastic! The console design is sleek and modern, and without a disc drive, it’s slightly slimmer and lighter, which looks great on my setup. Performance-wise, it’s an absolute powerhouse—the load times are insanely fast, and games look stunning with smooth frame rates, making for an immersive experience, especially on a 4K TV. The DualSense controller is another huge highlight. The haptic feedback and adaptive triggers add a new level of immersion that genuinely enhances gameplay. On the downside, being a digital-only console has its limitations. You’re entirely dependent on the PlayStation Store for purchases, which means you miss out on physical disc deals and reselling games. And with game file sizes getting larger, the storage fills up fast, especially with just 825 GB of space (and even less available after the system files). It also requires a reliable internet connection for downloading games, updates, and patches, so if you have slower internet, be prepared to wait. Overall, though, the PS5 Digital Edition is a great choice if you’re okay going fully digital. The performance and game quality are top-notch, and the controller innovation is a game-changer. If you don’t mind the limitations, it’s definitely worth it for a new-gen experience!

I have not owned a PS since the original. I finally pulled the trigger and got the PS5 God of War bundle since it was $50 off. Too good a deal to pass up. Took a while to setup, but the process was pretty easy. Really like the features of the controller even if the battery life is a bit shorter than what I'm used to with the Switch and Xbox one. It has a great selection of games, especially solid single player games. I may be in the minority here, but the system seems smaller than I was expecting and it does put out a ton of heat. The only downside I can think of is internal atorage. Wish that was better but is easy enough to upgade.Can't wait to experience games beyond God of War and Last of Us. Definitely worth the money!

I've had my ps5 for about a month now and it's been a lot of fun! This is the first console upgrade I've made and for me It's been worth it. I was going to buy a ps4 pro but i saw that the ps5 was on sale and just went for it, and I'm super glad i did. It has more space than the ps4 pro and the graphics look beautiful on my Philips 4k TV. I appreciate the backwards compatability as now I get to play all the ps4 games my sister got to play and i missed. I still haven't gotten around to trying voice control, but I'm looking forward to it. The ps5 was an upgrade im glad i didn't miss. :) (I also really love the controller, and all the new capabilities it has)

This product is amazing and worth every penny! The Ps5 is a must have if you're a gamer. The console is beautifully designed, extremely fast at loading games, and the controller is phenomenal. I cannot get enough of the immersive haptic feedback and the adaptive triggers. Makes me never want to play on any other console again. Not to mention that the games run great and are stunning to look at. The 4k and upgraded graphics in this generation's games are astounding. On top of the fantastic Ps5, you get one of the best games out there with this bundle. God of war ragnarok is a great game to show off all the greatness of this beast of a console. I highly recommend getting this bundle to anyone that is thinking about it. The only downside I would say is the storage. Though it has around 800 gb, games nowadays are huge. You will probably want to get more storage for your console. Luckily, Sony made it really easy to install storage upgrades.

I was an early adopter of the Series X. I had a PS4 Pro i never used much and an old Xbox One X laying around and figured I’d trade them in on the PS5 so i could play some of the games unavailble on Xbox or the PC. I ended up finding out that I love the PS5 controller and its become my primary console of choice for Rocket League and some of my other competitive games. I still use my Series X for 4K disc so I can’t say how well the PS5 does on that front. Overall the graphical increase from the PS4 Pro is excellent, everything is far smoother and easier on the eyes at 120Hz. I wasnt sure if the PS5 would pull me in considering the PS4 Pro never did it for me but I’m glad I got it now.

The size of the PS5 Digital is really large and takes up a lot of space. It at least comes with a stand unlike the PS5 Slim editions. The less than 1TB storage that it comes with means you will have to get an extra SSD for storing games if you don't want to have to uninstall and download games a lot. It features the best PS controller ever (but still not as good as an Xbox controller). Thanks to Dbrand, you can customize the look of the casing to be what you want. If you want a PS5 on the cheap, it is the one to get if you dont mind the issues.

So far have been loving all of the games available on the system. I am currently on The Last of Us Part 1, and the game looks gorgeous. These consoles have a great amount of power, and you won't be disappointed with them no matter your choice of Microsoft or Sony. The controller is fantastic, and the new features are quite nice. I don't like the microphone being enabled by default, but that can be changed in the settings. The controller could also use a bigger battery or some sort of battery optimization since I would prefer it to have lasted longer with all of the features enabled.
