This thing is bulky. not too many games to play. god of war is definitely a must. the charge on the controller sucks!

It took me awhile to get my hands on the ps5 I don't regret buying it now I just need a tv with hdmi 2.1 to get 4k quality so just to let you know if not just stick with a ps4 .

I give the PS5 5 stars, GOWR, was really NOT worth the extra money, it;s one bad game in my opinion. But then it took almost 2 years to score a PS5, so i'm not complaigning.

Rough start. First one I got died within 12 hours. Lost ability to power on at all. Second one, much better experience. Super quick load times. Don't sleep on Astros playroom

I was out of the country and purchased a PS5 from Best Buy in GA when I noticed they were in stock. It was delivered to my house the end of February to my daughter. I arrived home in March for a week and attempted to utilize it however it would not properly download updates and games. It took 3 days for the PS5 to update and even turn on. (This is not an internet issue either as we have high speed and the Xbox or computers have no issues. I even unhooked everything and the PS5 alone still would not download properly.) I went back out of the country and returned in May and attempted to play the game and it still states i have over 99 hours to wait to upload the digital game that came with the bundle. I have reset the system, the router, hardwired the internet, and any other troubleshooting step and it does not work. Best Buy will no longer exchange or return even though I was gone and now it depends on Playstation to try and fix this item. A ton of wasted money on a large paper weight. I just want to exchange it for one that works!

Nothing special here. The console and controller are exactly the same as the standard edition. There is a God of War version for the controller, but it is not included in this package...disappointing. I would still recommend it since you save $10 with the package, but if you are looking to get anything more, it doesn't give it to you.

Its a gift hasnt been opened think its stupid that you have to pay 199 for insurance membership to get the 2 year warranty, if you dont pay your second year of membership then you lose the second year of coverage. So 600 system pay 400 to have 2 year warranty that they will still charge you 79 for each service call on the unit.

Great for travel and college kids and those who travel frequently. Just leave it in your to-go bag and never worry about losing your plug-in brush. Heads are replaceable.

I traded in a ps4. Unfortunately, they only give store credit. Would like to see that policy change

Never thought I'd secure but here we are. Very impressed with the PS5 performance is great in need of more games. God of War Ragnarok is honestly a system seller though!

So far okay. Games I play keep freezing up and locking. Not happy with that at all. Much bigger than the PS4, not happy about that either. Space I had was for smaller item, had to rearrange things to make it fit. Not easy to travel with either. Hate the new controls. They are too bulky and do not fit well in my hand. The picture and images are awesome, but not sure that out weighs all the other issues.

I got this for my kids for Christmas. I was able to get a disc version bundled with God of War. I believe they would be very happy and love it when they open their gifts.

Extremely happy with the purchase of my ps5. Hope my son shares it with dear old dad.

Box was not dented, bent or signs of lack of care. Employer handled with care and was very nice. The 2 year wait is over for this awesome system!! Thank you Best Buy!!

Sony finally had a decent amount of inventory shipped out for black friday. Excited to olay GoW. Digital code included in bundle. Can be redeemed for PS5 or PS4 version

LOVE ITTTTTT played all night on it had trouble looking for it went to all best buys near me didnt have them but at the end i found it i was very happy with my purchase
