Love it. The game card was hidden under the bottom flaps of the box witch was a pain and took a month to find

The producer arrived after the date, the representatives were spoken to and none of them gave a request, they only mocked my person, manager Adrian, delighted on 05/22/2023 at 8:40 p.m., who told me that he had been talking to me for a long time and He is the expert, if I accept or not what he indicates, without addressing the problem.

Won't bring the game don't play disc game or dbd and they won't give me my money back

So far its been the best game console I brought for my son. He loves the upscale quality compared to PS4.

My kids absolutely love this system sucks I had to pay for a game too. But overall its a greaf system.

Console was in perfect condition, however they let me purchase a used console without the free game code. Meaning I bought a PS5 for more than retail without the free game that bundle offered.

Bought this item back in january. Was really nice until it randomly decided to crap out on me in June. Not even 6 months and now its just a big waste of money. Cant return and I dont want to pay more money just to get it fixed. Pretty messed up

Second ps5. Bought this one because the hdmi port broke on the first one due to my falling. However this one only worked for about 30 minutes of Fortnite, now it yells powder than a lawn mower and freezes at the loading screen. Currently shipping back to Sony as I was 1 say out of the return policy… lovely

Should give you a discount when being forced to buy a game bundle. Free games are better.

The console was clearly internally flawed. Freezes every time a game loads, following trouble shooting does nothing. I got the console and because of my schedule started it 2 weeks after receiving it. Worked fine to download games but received the error below.

FedEx left my PlayStation at the apartment door and it got stollen. I have try many time to get a refund or to get sent a new one but nothing, now i lost my money and my playstion. Really not fair !!!

You company make me look like a lier to my employees, i was aloud to purchase two playstation 5 consoles, when the time to pick up they told me it was only one because you canceled the other one, so your company do garbage business, thank you because of this i got the playstation console 5 at target for cheaper.

Loved the box design. Dunno much about it otherwise, as i bought this as a gift.

Be warned Lots of subscriptions required consoles are expensive to have fun on
