GOW Voucher Missing

Best Buy said it’s not their problem, “you need to contact Sony for a vocher code.” Fast forward 2 hours and Sony support is saying IT’S A KNOWN ISSUE. So check the box while youre at Best Buy and youll see theres no voucher. The process to get the free game is a long, tedious mess. Still trying.
