I purchased the used and certified. They never checked it because when we went to use it, it wouldn’t charge. The prongs in the charging port at back were missing. I never got to the store to return it. The window just closed. I’ll never buy a used piece of electronics from them again. It’s sad because I bought it over the holiday and I could’ve paid four dollars more for the one on sale.

The controller doesn't naturally settle into place, if you don't put it in at the right angle, it can sit off kilter and not charge. Finding the angle is not hard, but you do have to care enough to try. I wish it was designed to accommodate add-an accessories like underside buttons. For unmodified controllers though, works great

Not too bad for the price , the build quality is good .

Is a great way to display the controllers neatly while charging them. However the dock is a little small for how hefty the controllers are which is disappointing for the price.
