First party DualSense charger, it just works!

Pro - Weight, not too light where it feels flimsy - Cable way for power cable is genius. - Looks. It just looks like the PS5. - Price. Normally for a first party accessory isn't this cheap. Con - No light indication on the base station to show that it is actually on or charging but the DualSense after pulse showing that it is charging. - Not magnetic, but for $30, you can't complain. If it was a $60 charging station, then I will.
