Really good charging bay for the new controller. The only thing I noticed is that, you have to make sure the controller latches correctly into the ports, Lets say you in a rush and you dump the controller without making sure its correctly attached. Otherwise you controller will not charge. Other than that it really good.

Great charging station and looks sleek next to a PS5!

This dock just works. I find the controllers sometimes need a little jostle to sit right, but the upside is it is very obvious when they easily click into place so you can have confidence they are charging. The controllers sit sturdily when charging and lift out easily. Would buy again if I ever needed another.

Easy and convenient to set up and use. Just place your controller on one of the slots correctly (no need to push down to latch) and your controller starts charging. Couldn’t be more simpler than that.

Great charger, charges the remotes fast and easily.

Love the product and how it looks. It charges the remotes really quick. Only downside is that sometimes its difficult to attach the remote. Takes some time to get used too.

It's a simple thing, and yet the charging station is a nice, clean way to store your controllers in an out-of-the-way place and know that they're always ready to go. It's also a lot cleaner than using the USB-C cable that comes with your controller to charge it off the USB ports on either the front or the back of the PS5.

I only purchase Sony branded accessories for my PS5. I'd rather pay a little more to ensure that I'm not batted from one mfr. to another. Great product and does what it's meant to do.

Does what it says it does. I do wish it has an option to have the power not be to the wall socket but to the PlayStation itself. But over all, it does what it’s supposed to do.
